We bought very beautiful lighting here which was really high quality and priced well. But, we had to think for almost 5 days should we return it or not, cause we liked it and at the same time colour and size didn't fit our interior (too dark for our room shades and big, although very nice) so we had to return it. Return experience was pretty simple and good and we got full refund for our purchase.

Customer Service with Vimal was very good, very much appreciated, he greatly hepled with different issues like a broken part, delivery, product information, etc.

Response given broken artifact was excellent, given replacement free of charge.

Quick feedback...my IOS 66 was not wrapped up internally. You may want to make sure that artifacts are wrapped *bubbles, etc* since might experience issues

You may want to consider a way of advising clients that when delivered outside the UK, you may need to pay taxes and they need to check UPS etc. Some customers like me didnt recall Brexit and taxes that are needed to be paid

Good quality item but I ordered the wrong item by mistake. The cooker socket didn't quite match so I was able to return it for a refund without any quibble. Customer service is excellent.

I am a small developer who was looking for help with down lighting and strip lighting. Both Rashida and Justin, was very informative about the products and offered great service. As result I have become a new regular customer.

WARNING TO BUYERS
I purchased 24 downlights from this company (KSR), and have nothing but issues. I spoke to the manufacture who stated that they are 8 years old via the batch number manufacture date, and in doing so are 5 years out of warranty. I have been in contact with arrows for weeks now and they keep denying me to return for a full refund although we've had over 50% of them faulty. we have removed them all and put a replacement fitting in that do not randomly change colours.
I was told on the phone by Vimal they would replace them all for a different downlight, only then to quote me an obscene amount and expect another £600 for a light fitting which costs less online than the one I purchased!
they are doing anything to get out of covering any sort of cost, absolutely scam of a company, and I am £244 out of pocket.
Trading standards and my card company are the next contacts.

Visited the Edgware Road branch today and received exemplary assistance from Henry. He went over and above to make sure I had all the necessary parts I needed to rewire an antique lamp. He was very patient and careful in every detailed piece of advice he gave. Most grateful to him.

I have ordered quite a number of items from Arrow Electrical over the course of our home renovation and they have never been anything but helpful and efficient. I will definitely be shopping with them again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

A good range of electrical items at fair prices. My order was in two parts and as one item was not available at the time they kindly send the rest of the order in advance in order to fit in with our schedule. Good communication througout.
