There was an issue with my score getting to the leaderboard. Contacted support and got a fast response asking for more info, I replied and everything was sorted within 24hrs. The support team were helpful, friendly and clear about the additional info.

They instantly respond to any little issues you're having which may be caused by my own browser or PC. They give ways to test and pin it down.
Love the USA "Easy Crossword" because I'm not up on current events and TV shows so those clues would be lost on me. Fun puzzles with themes !

Issues of lagging and freezing fixed

I have contacted them twice: once to add an off-the-clock option (for us slow reflex seniors), and once to fix an ad overlay issue. Both times, Arkadium has responded quickly and favorably. They have also been friendly and courteous in all their communications.

Enjoy playing the games. Don’t mind the ads on free version, apart from the recent Hush fashion advert which flashed regularly in the top of the game screen. Reported it to Google to no avail re possible medical issues. Certainly will not be buying anything from Hush after being bombarded by an eye test for a month.
