A fantastic repair job thank you

I was very happy with my experience and repairs. Sarah kept me in the loop and Mike put my mind at ease with the colour match. It’s such a good job I can not tell that it was damaged! Thanks guys I love my car again 🙏🏻

Excellent service

People often rush to complain but rarely take time to appreciate great service. After my car needed repairs following an accident, ARC collected it and kept me updated through their mobile app. They also dropped the car back to me. Their communication was excellent, and the team was courteous and polite throughout. I can’t recommend them highly enough!

Not happy at all with this company

Not happy at all with this company. They took my car in and estimated two weeks. Then it was three weeks … I had to call in daily to check
I eventually got my car back after close enough to FIVE WEEKS!
And when it came to picking up my car ??? Another entire story !
Work done was ok but one of the doors (when opening) now sound like those old doors in the horror films

First class in every way

First class in every way. All of the staff were extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. We were kept informed of the progress of the repair and showed images of the stages. My husband is a perfectionist and from experience of other repairers he was concerned that he would be able to see a colour difference. He needn’t have worried. The paint match was absolutely spot on. The repair was perfect. We would highly recommend ARC Luton for their customer service and excellent workmanship.

Shockingly inept

Shockingly inept. Have been promised the car for nearly a week now and after me chasing ( they don't let you know anything) now being told that it might be another week maybe longer. I have no faith they actually know what they are doing. Terrible

My car was taken here at the request of…

My car was taken here at the request of my insurance company esure. They had the car nearly 4 weeks to repairs some body work. Whilst in the garage it apparently developed a fault! It didn’t go in with any faults! They rang asking me if I wanted it repaired/fixed to which I declined. Spoke to esure who told me it wasn’t the garages fault and that if I wanted it fixed I’d have to put the whole claim on my policy as my fault! (Accident was third parties fault) so now I have my car back and have to get it fixed properly. The car also wasn’t cleaned like it should of been and there is paint over the tyre from when it’s been resprayed. DO NOT use this garage. Absolutely disgusting and shoddy workmanship.

Avoid them

Been called to visit them in order to have an engineer checking my car,after 2-3 days they called me saying i need to go again as the pictures they took were lost.Waste of time!

My car was sent for repair to this…

My car was sent for repair to this garage by Esure insurance after it was involved in an accident. it was returned to me today but was left on a yellow line and as a consequent was hit by a passing car! When I contacted the manager I was told that it was not the drivers/ garage’s fault as I hadn’t told them to ‘PARK IT IN A SAFE PLACE’?! One would assume that the employees of the garage are full versed on the Highway Code and are responsible for adhering to the parking restrictions of the highways?! Also a vital part of the damage to my car was to the rear boot which on opening did not say up. This was an essential part of the damage and repair. However on inspection of the car when it was returned to me - this work has not been completed - even though I specifically checked with the garage this morning that this repair had been completed and I was told it had been. I contacted the manager and explained what had happened to which they tried to make excuses for where the car was parked and was both rude and unprofessional. There was no apology or acceptance that it had been their responsibility to return my car to a safe place- they have also refused to complete the repairs that the were requested to by the engineers and he informed me that he had no intention of replacing the wing mirror hat was knocked off due to the car being parked in an unsafe place. DO not use this garage- I have also made a formal complaint to Esure regarding this garage in order for other customers not to suffer the same incompetence and unprofessional service.

Do not use this company

Do not use this company, a cable that was VW branded and came with my car when i bought it was stolen while my car was in for repair. Without it i am unable to use my cars entertainment system and cannot use sat nav, calling or play music. I am unable to get one from anywhere else. I had to call 3 days in a row to ask if they had it as the rude girls on the phone kept saying they would call me back within an hour every day i called and never did. They said any property in the car is not their responsibility. I was never told this before my car going in, if i had known they were thiefs i would have removed every single item from the car. So now i am out of pocket and unable to use my car properly. Worst customer service and shouldn't even be running as a company tbh. I only used them as it was through my insurer so i had no choice.
