Frist off let me start off by saying i…

Frist off let me start off by saying i have been told by a few friends that GnD Moters is an over all good company and do good work , however due to this situation its really disappointing to me and my friends more than anything whats happened.

So this is regarding the 1.8T BAM and full and system that has been dropped off to you by fizal .

Frist off let me get this of my mind that I'm extremely disappointed that you have not even apaogied or said sorry about what's happened and sent very rude and abuse texts see attached pictures.

So as a back story for others fizal dropped a fully working 1.8t BAM out of s3 including front rear diffs front and rear subframe shocks drive shafts ecu and wiring harness and gearbox. Please take note of this for latter.

We have been in contact with you well over 20 times now regarding this months and months on end to try and collect.

Frist time we conntacted you we informed by your wife that you was on holiday . No worries we waited over a month before contact was made again.

Upon finally speaking with your self we asked if we could have all of it collected by a curior, you infromed us that there was two pallets of items that needed to be collected witch is correct.
We asked you multiple times if a curior could collect to be told you was too busy and we had to come and collect the pallets are self as you was not willing to strap or wrap the pallets no problem.

We then called you again with in 2 weeks to try and plan a day to come and collect
.You then told us the engine was in the middle of your unit (old unit by the way as this is important) and was surrounded by 30 to 40 pallets and you would need to get a forklift to move them so you could get to two pallets, you told us you would call us when they was ready to be collected.

2 months go by before you made contact to tell us we could come and collect them
Fizal was coming some 400+ miles to collect them so we tried to arrange a date but never seemed to be able to agree for some stange reason so was left till after to Xmas pairod.

Now to the current apualing situation.

We called you this week on Monday to come and collect, you told us the bam is here " you better come collect by Thursday or we are going to scrap it all in" so we booked a van and they came Whensday to collect .

When they got there they noticed its not a BAM engine at all but a AJQ not only was it stripped Down missing parts and timing belt cut off was the worng engine.

When asked you said " we scrapped all the other items when we moved unit " "even tho we tried multiple times to collect "

The you said " it's the only 1.8t we have"
Funny cause the one pallet had 2 turbos " broken and 2 clutchs that mach 1.8t .

If you only had one engine there would not be 2 turbos and 2 clutches .

The fact that you scrapped someone's items in and swapped the engine is unacceptable and to say no apaogies given other than rude texts because we left a review .

Well I will leave this review on every site I can
He had to buy a other engine as the one picked up was scrap at best left out in rain until you come to some arangement regarding even an apaogie I have told him to take this to small claims court as he has all your texts and replies
I will not remove any of my reviews until something is done.

We dropped a 1.8T BAM engine off to…

We dropped a 1.8T BAM engine off to them with subframes shocks gearbox and diffs as we was going to do a build after a period of time we decided to go a different route. We connect them to collect was not a problem but took over 3 month's to get a collection date as they was "too busy " to send on a pallet . Not a big problem so we drove to collect it , this is where the problem starts , was told they scrapped all the diffs and subframes and had lost the gearbox, on top of this they gave us a AJQ engine back. Not a bam when questioned got told it the only 1.
8T we have BTW the engine had snapped its timing belt came with 2 turbos ??? When dropped a fully running bam with turbo attached , clearly this had been swapped from someone's else's car and are engine used , we have photos of.what was dropped.off and what was picked up included messaged from Them saying they still had the bam , really. Not happy not the way to do business in my eyes and trading standards will be notified and evidence submitted . Can't just scrap someones property when you told us you still had it then had us waste are time to co.e collect a engine that was nothing but scrap as been had left out in rain

The best service in London and maybe in UK

Trustworthy, reliable and human. He will try everything to fix the issues and not hiding them, as usual do mechanics to have more profit after the problem escalate. Prices are normal for the quality they provide. Knowledge the help mechanic is top mechanic in other shops. Be 100% sure what they say they do it. Amazing people. I recommend them with all my heart
