The site informed me of the part very well, shipped quickly when I needed a part for a gas stove. The part arrived before the stove.

Shady business practices. Send you used parts and then do not refund you when you return your order with very convenient legal jargon. Buyer beware.

I always come back to this company for my appliance repair needs. Theyre prices are lower than other repair sights and much lower than buying the appliance new.

Genuine OEM parts. Fast shipping/delivery. Helpful website for finding the correct part. Prices are on the high side, but you know you're getting OEM parts.

Well I was able to find the part for my refrigerator, it came as an assembly. And easy to install.

If I could write 0 stars I would! This website is a SCAM and only wants to take your money from you. They sell defective parts and will NOT issue refunds no matter what their website says. It is NOT a 365 day refund policy. Take your business literally anywhere else! I will never take my business here again and I will tell anyone who asks NOT to get their parts from this website

I have purchased a number of parts for various appliances on AppliancePartsPro.com. The parts are always high quality and are delivered on time. For appliance parts it’s the only vendor I use. Their instruction videos are extremely helpful it determining the correct part to use and how to go about installing the new part.

This site told me where to find my stove model number, had numbered diagrams of my appliance so I could easily identify the part I needed. Had a video showing exactly how to replace the part, including warnings of potential pitfalls.
I ordered my part on Friday, paid for regular shipping. They said it would arrive on Monday, but it showed up on Saturday!
I followed their instructional video and my oven is back in working order.
The video is great because it helps me decide if it's a DIY job or I need to call a pro.

Do not, I repeat do not buy anything from this shady company. They sent me out the wrong part that I did not order. It was sent in a giant box even though it was a small part. I mean a box that would hold a full set of golf clubs. Here is their scam: The charge you the initial $13 for shipping the wrong part that their employee put in the box. Then they require you to return the wrong item in the SAME box you received it in. Well that giant box is $58 for shipping it back to them. I believe that they want to discourage returns by using the super expensive box. So you are out $71 and don’t even have the correct part. I will definitely dispute any charges on my credit card. Worst company ever. I hope Amazon puts them out of business.

It was very quick and easy to order my part. I would have given 5 stars, but the shipping cost more than the part. The part is only a piece of plastic that is 7" long and 1.25" wide.

I went online at Appliance partspro.com via a YouTube video that indicated what the problem may be based on what I was experiencing.

I then went online to order the part but could not find it. I then called the company directly and got Ms. Symanthia Williams who assisted me in finding the correct part number.

She informed me that she would contact a technician that formally worked for Whirlpool and get his opinion she did then emailed & called me back with trouble shooting I should preform per the technician suggestions first before ordering the part.

I appreciated the professionalism from both parties and feel that they went above & beyond their duties. For that reason, I'm giving a 5-star rating!
