Good price and fast delivery
First time to use appliance world and no problems ordering some AEG Kitchen products (2 Ovens, Fridge and a Freezer). Price was the best for these particular products, delivery was quick and came on day promised. Would order from them again.

Had a problem with one of the items we bought from them, Lydia has been trying so hard to sort it out for us and has managed to get us a new replacement which is supposed to be fitted soon will post latter to confirm

Aggressive in selling. Then who is the customer.
Ordered appliances from this seller. The appliances arrived on time. They send the wrong cooker hood. Called the company a lot of times and the member of staff hasn’t got the authority to send a replacement without the permission of the "Manager" as he so busy in selling. Got him on the phone after a day. Cant sent the replacement on time as they don’t seem to be interested in after sale service. I have to call the builder again to fit the hood as they can't deliver on time. One day of wages to the builder due to the fault of appliance world. Never use this seller if you are expecting after sales support. And it is your luck if you get the item right. Their customer services is so poor even after spending nearly £3000.
No one answers the customer service.
