I am very disappointed with the delivery service. They never deliver orders on the promised date—every one of my orders has been delayed and the delivery date keeps getting changed.

As a appollo pharmacy, they should understand that medicines are essential and delays can affect people's health. It feels like they don't value their customers or appreciate the importance of timely delivery.

Many other delivery services, such as Gorec, are able to deliver within 30 minutes, so there is no excuse for such poor service. I hope they improve their delivery process and start respecting their customers' time and needs.

Apollo pharmacy online June 26 medicine ordered medicine delivery date July 2nd or 3rd and July 4th I call Apollo pharmacy 24 into 7 customer care number and one ticket number raised 5374251 this and July 8 return call my medicine not deliverd how many longs days are there almost 13 days crossed not deliverd the medicine Apollo concentra Gagan person all received not response and telling medicine not deliver you cancellation order and refunded amount in 24 days we are Apollo medicine order same issue not deliverd every everyone not Apollo pharmacy in medicine order

Very disappointed with Apollo Pharmacy. I have been ordering insulin and FreeStyle Libre from you for years and have spent over ₹1 lakh on medicines. This was the first time I reported an insulin issue because it was not working, and my doctor advised a replacement. Your customer care asked us to visit the Sector 67 Apollo Pharmacy, but the experience was extremely unprofessional and there was no support or customer satisfaction. I bought the same insulin from another pharmacy, and it worked perfectly. Based on this experience, I would not recommend Apollo Pharmacy, especially for online insulin orders.

My vaccine was not maintained in proper temperature raised chats, email and calls and at the last they say they can't provide me any replacement or refund screww you

I am extremely disappointed with your service. The medicines were delivered 4 days later than the promised date, which is unacceptable, especially for medical orders. I have lost trust in your delivery commitments and will not be purchasing from your app again.
Since I am dissatisfied with the service, I request that you please refund my membership charges as well. I hope you will consider my request and provide a suitable resolution.

Damaged product received, just a normal Talcom powder I ordered, seal was broken, inplace of 400gm talcum received 300gms with high price, quantity already less, delivery person rude and misbehave behaviour, not delivered on my location and so on... Not Satisfied

Very disgusting delivery service, order is delayed

I go to Apollo to buy medicines. They insist on taking your mobile number saying they'll give you some goddamn points whatever they are! Then I get a call from them some days later asking If I need any medicines! Telecalling for medicines!! That's a first!! Then whenever you go there to buy medicines they do a CBI enquiry asking your name and number etc ten times! Recently I had a terrible experience with a guy called balaraju in one of their shops next to Abdul Kalam park in kpbh 6th phase ! He argued endlessly, it was pathetic! I said I'll never come here to which he says your wish !!!

I’m a regular purchaser of medicine every month from sevoke road checkpost opposite of Don Bosco More Siliguri.This has been second time where the cashier charged me more than the exact amount in hard copy of my bill.But when I checked online in soft copy it’s less, so here the staff is very clever by manipulating in the system he’s cheating me.So next time if he does it again I’ll go to the Consumer Affairs Department and take strict action.This time even the medicine was not appropriate and upto the mark..

Ek dum bakwaas company .rude peoples only making money no coustomer’s satisfaction very very bad experience

Worst service. Been into Kulshekar, Mangalore branch and the Customer service is very poor. No proper stock is available. Waiting period is almost 45 min to 60 min. Management need to take proper action.

Personally I don't recommend this pharmacy anymore.

Please never order Apollo Pharmacy for delivery. It never reaches on time especially in Bangalore. If you need after one week you can order. For urgent need never rely on apollo.
Medplus and Truened are delivering immediately for urgent needs.

I ordered medicine through the app, and my address is correct since they’ve successfully delivered to me before. However, this time the medicine was not delivered. This isn’t something minor that can be ignored—it’s important medication.

I contacted customer care multiple times, and every time they assured me that my complaint had been registered and would be resolved. Unfortunately, nothing was ever done. In the end, I had no choice but to cancel the order.

The delivery agent even called once and said he would deliver the medicine, but after that, he didn’t answer any calls for the next three days. This kind of service is unacceptable, especially for essential medicines.

If they cannot deliver on time, they should inform customers upfront so we can choose another app. Instead, they kept giving false assurances like “it will be delivered” and “we will resolve it,” but nothing actually happened.

I am extremely disappointed with this experience. I strongly advise against using this service for emergency or daily medications that you depend on.

Orders get delivered very late. This is so stupid platform to buy medicine online. Definitely not gna buy from this website ever again

Baby products such as baby feeders are leaking .. very cheap feeders.

Their return policy is horrible. They only promise, never fulfill their promise. I want to give negative star rating. Worst service.

Um not happy at all i ordered 400 mls of gelusil syrup now i got only 200mls so do you think if i wanted only 200 mls i would have paid for that now what will happen to the rest of my money???so disgusted and disappointed
