They always cancel the orders and never process the refund. Pathetic support

Pathetic. Tata 1 mg is the best.

The company is unreliable. They don’t care to deliver product and also they don’t issue refund. The company is fraud.. they can’t be in medicine business which is dealing with emergency but should be in some waste collection business. Made the order in December 1, and till date nor have I recieved the order or refund.

No sense of urgency and dealing with medicines. Should be banned. Said 3 hrs delivery and now given 3 days delivery time. Don't know if it will also be honoured.

In a country where most items are delivered within minutes, it’s disappointing that essential medicines take over 15 hours. Medicines are often ordered late at night due to emergencies, yet Apollo Pharmacy claims a 2-hour delivery and then updates at midnight that delivery will be after 11 AM the next day. This delay defeats the purpose of emergency medicine delivery and needs serious improvement.

Wrong delivery and our money is stuck
We had ordered some medicines on 12th Dec 2025 at Vashi, Navi Mumbai. Instead of delivering our medicines, next day we got a delivery of baby diapes!! Without checking the delivery man just dumped this product.didnt wait for us to check. When we realized Apollo Pharmacy's mistake, we informed them asking for our refund. Today is 18th dec day end till now they have not taken back their wrong product. Everyday we call their call center, a new person comes on line and says this baby diper products and we will refund your money. But no-one comes to our house to pickup and Apollo pharmacy is not refunding our money. This is cheating, fraudster Apollo Pharmacy. Don't trust them. Pls give order to Tata 1mg

Very Disappointing Experience with Apollo Pharmacy App

Hi everyone, I want to share a very bad experience I had today with the Apollo Pharmacy application. This was my first time using the app to order medicines.

The order was supposed to be delivered by 1:30 PM. However, when the delivery did not happen, I contacted customer support and was informed that it would be delivered by 11:30 PM instead. Unfortunately, there was no point of contact available at that time.

The chatbot only provides generic, pre-framed responses and is not helpful at all. If I choose to cancel the order, I am told it will take 24 hours to cancel and the refund will be initiated in 3–5 working days, which is unacceptable for a medicines order.

I had no clear option or confirmation about the delivery time and was left wondering whether I needed to stay awake the whole night waiting for the order. This is truly a pathetic service experience.

If Apollo Pharmacy is unable to deliver orders on time, then why display specific delivery time slots at all? This creates false expectations and causes unnecessary inconvenience, especially when it comes to essential medicines.

I am extremely disappointed and would think twice before using this app again.

Maximum delivery is not in time and not any responsible platform where You can resolved your genuine problem very sorry to say that perhaps company is not understand the problem of customer and even urgency of medicine.

Giving one star since I can't give zero. Delivery time is a joke. Rude staff. They waste a lot of your time. The app is so bad, they don't give the option to cancel the whole order if they remove one pr more of the products on the cart. Asks for prescription for even over the counter meds. Terrible service

They promptly confirms orders and thereafter cancels abruptly without any particular reason but citing unforeseen technical reasons. I could not accept this as they splits in parts the orders and cancels one part, but does not foresee before confirmataion.
They much be careful before confimation and if confirmed, they must adhere to their confirmed commitment.

One of my order was placed on 17th with a delivery date of 18th and I was okay with it as i could wait. However thats when delivery dates started moving by a day everytime and finally it has reached 24th.
Best part no one reaches out to you proactively. Their customer service is the worst where they have few standard statements that they all keep repeating irrespective of what the other person is saying. In fact if i could choose a 1 for their customer service I would do that.

The order for 10 critical medicines was taken with schedule to deliver in 3 days. No delivery even after 5 days. Two critical items are deleted now and money refunded. Why did they take the order if they cannot deliver even after 5 days? Putting patent in trouble in last minute by deleting medicines and refunding is very bad.

They don’t have many commonly used Pediatric Preparations.

Most horrible online & in-store pharmacy. They take the order with hundred percent advance payment & never show up for delivery. Keep calling their highly unprofessional customer service- absolutely dumb idiots.

Worst service ever. Will never recommend Apollo to anyone. They dont care if you get the medicine or not, if your disease increases, they just collect money and chill.

Whenever I tried to buy a medicine from Apollo shop physically or online specially physically I am pretty sure that they don't have that medicine. I donno why and how they are running their company.

Worst pharmacy ever!
Apollo Pharmacy is the most unreliable and pathetic place to purchase medicines. They call themselves “Priority 1” but don’t even care about the importance of their work. I trusted them with my medicines, and they couldn’t deliver even after 2 damn weeks. To cut costs, they use some cheap third-class delivery partner called Shadowfax, which doesn’t even have a proper helpline. They put fake delivery agent numbers—half of them either left the job, don’t serve the area, or just ignore calls.
Because of their utter carelessness, I had to leave India without my medicines. Their so-called “customer support” is another joke—clueless, careless, and totally useless. Even after missing the promised delivery date, they spent 3 more days “trying to locate” my order. Absolutely pathetic service!
⚠️ Never, ever rely on Apollo Pharmacy if you really need your medicines on time. They’ll ruin your plans and put your health at risk.
