Any Video Converter Reviews 

Been using the AVC 7 version for many years which encompass rich features. Customer service and support always on point. Updates are frequent, a positive. I am now looking to shift to the new AVC 9 version. Hats off for a software product that is reasonably priced for the level of quality it provides.

Excellent Support Team at Anvsoft

Recently contacted Anvsoft when I had an issue with Any Video Converter on my new laptop. Their response was incredibly fast - within hours they had me up and running again! They even upgraded me to the latest version for free.

I've used their software for years, but this support experience was truly impressive. The representative was professional and genuinely helpful throughout our interaction.

Customer support is excellent. AVC Ultimate is a great product. I have used it for 10+ years, and I love it.

Although I subscribed to the product for a number of years, I am anything but a techie. So when I began to have problems, I reached out to customer support. Sophie was excellent in guiding me so the product would be useful again.

Great software used for over 15 years wouldn’t use anything else

I am a professional filmmaker and retired film docent. I have been using AVC tools from long ago and it is my favorite software. Recently I had a problem upgrading to the new version but with quick help from the customer service the problem is solved. I recommend it to the colleagues and film students to try it if they haven't done it yet. You will love it.

Since 2008 I'm using ANV Soft, it's an excellent tool for multimedia purposes, it's constantly updated, it's a friendly costumer concept with an excellent Team for support all the issues that we can maybe face.
Fast, resolutive and with fast intervention.

I am a registered user of the Ultimate version of Any Video Converter. This is an excellent product. I encountered a problem with the installation and registration of the software on my new desktop. I recently purchased AVC Ultimate and encountered an unexpected issue during installation. I reached out to tech support, and I have to say, I am beyond impressed! Paris, the technician who assisted me, was absolutely outstanding. Not only did they quickly diagnose the problem, but they also provided a solution immediately, getting everything up and running in no time.

It’s rare to find such prompt and effective customer service these days, and Paris truly went above and beyond. The product itself is fantastic, but knowing that this level of support is available makes it even better. Highly recommend both the software and the incredible support team behind it!

I had some minor issues with moving from the old version to the new one, but I got some seriously awesome customer service and assistance from Paris, whom I feel is a genuine asset to the company. The product itself is without a doubt a fantastic program. It does everything it claims to a high quality. The UI feels a bit crowded, and perhaps not as straightforward as the previous version, but it's early days for me yet and I have no doubt the user interface will become second nature, just like the previous version. I had an issue with their software "Any Video Converter Professional".
The support team isolated the issue quickly and offered a free upgrade to the current "Any Video Converter" tool after verifying that the described error condition was not experienced with the current Demo version.
The whole issue was resolved with two E-Mail exchanges and I'm back enjoying this great product.

OVER THE PAST 5 YEARS AVC IS THE FASTEST AND EASIEST VIDEO CONVERTER I HAVE USED. IT IS A GREAT TOOL I USE EVERYDAY! I WOULD REALLY MISS IT IF FOR SOME REASON IT WAS NO LONGERS AVAILABLE. AVC HAS MANY USEFUL TOOLS THAT MAKE MY JOB EASIER AND QUICKER TO DO. DOWNLOADING, CONVERTING FILES, EDITING VIDEOS, I LOVE AVC!

Fantastic customer service. I bought this product 7 years ago and they continue to offer me free upgrades for their excellent product.

I have 2 main software that I used for video and audio capture. one was Any Video Converter Ultimate & The other software which I won't mention the company, was not as good as AVC(In quality or ease of use). The company has all but disappeared from the planet, only one year after I purchased a lifetime upgrade. I decided to try my AVC again, which I only stopped using because my old laptop was moving so slow due to the hard drive running out of space, but I decided to try if for this small project. When I reached out to the AVC support team because of errors I was getting, things were completely different. They got back to me so quickly, guided me with each email response to update the software on my new laptop, and ended up solving my issues. The AVC support team care about their customers, which I truly appreciate. Thanks Sophie! I would not hesitate to purchase or recommend any Anvsoft software, to family, friends, or co-workers.

I've been a customer of Anvsoft for 12 years. I recently reloaded their app, and my login information wasn't working. I e-mailed their support team for help. I received a very detailed and thorough response, which worked perfectly. On top of that, the program is great!

Any Video Converter Professional has been a great tool for changing movie formats and saving videos. Being a user of AVC for many years, I won't consider using any other program. Great job AVC!
