Any Video Converter Reviews 

I’ve used AVC for several years now, mostly to convert movies downloaded from the internet, and it has proven to be a very stable and efficient piece of software.

I’ve only needed to contact customer services a few times, usually when my Windows crashes and I’ve had to reinstall all my software profiles, which often results in the usual reinstall glitches. And credit where it’s due, they’ve always responded promptly and without fuss, and have always resolved the problem for me. If required, they've even issued a “no-fuss” replacement serial number to get me up and running again.

They now offer Video and Photo AI enhancers too, which I’m likely to try based on this experience and look forward to continued use with this very efficient product that more than caters for my needs.

I have a PC laptop, running Windows 11. It's a new computer and I installed the newest version of Any Video Converter. I used the previous version for several years for simple things, converting formats and sometimes, extracting audio from a video.

The new version appears to be a different program, requiring the installation of various tools to accomplish tasks. I have tried repeatedly to install the AI splitter, which would permit me to extract audio from a video. The installation has failed each time at 77%, with an error message that is obscure (to me).

I have uninstalled the program, with some regrets. The previous iteration worked flawlessly. This version is unusable.

I've been using Anvsofts Any DVD Converter software now since it's initial release. The support is excellent and the product is fantastic. I highly recommend any software from this company.

Great customer service

I had to upgrade from Windows 10 to Windows 11. My original code did not work. Customer Support gave me a new code that worked. I've used any-video-converter for over ten years. It is good to know this company keeps its promises. Great software. Great customer support. Peace.

As a hobbyist, i find the support these guys give to be top notch. Plenty of companies don't even bother with replies.

I am old enough to remember when the majority of goods and services providers had to have face-to-face contact with their customers. Such contact was often accompanied by a handshake and a smile. Today, when the trend is towards AI, drive-thru, online and computer telephone assistance, it is refreshing to deal with a company that retains that "in-person handshake and smile" demeanor. I've lost track of the number of years that I have been using their product, however, throughout those years, I have upgraded my computer several times and every time that my license needed to be ported, customer service has been excellent!

I have been using AVC for many years and I am completely satisfied. It does exactly what I need. And the company's service is impeccable.

I have used Any Video Converter for many years and recently had an issue when I had to reinstall my operating system and had lost the registration to Any Video Converter. Their team were quick to help me resolve the issue and get Any Video Converter re-installed and working.

I needed to reinstall my version af Any Video Converter that I have had for years. I forgot to write down my registration code and didn't have it when I reinstalled the software. This was on Saturday, May 3. 2025. Yes. On a Saturday. I reached out to Anvsoft's help desk and with in minutes, I got a response from Paris who guided me through the steps to get registered. I had an older version of the software and through numerous fast response emails, I was back up and running. Paris was amazing and so helpful. I did not think I would hear back that fast, especially on a Saturday. Anvsoft's customer service exceeded my expectations.
By the way. If you have not tried this software, try it. It's amazing.
