The locum vet was absolutely fantastic. Explained everything to me, gave me alternatives and tips to alleviate my dogs symptoms, the lady knew her profession really well. However, after consultation I... See more

Not the Care Our Puppy Deserved
Stockton vets - The reception staff were lovely, very friendly, and clearly adored my son’s puppy. Unfortunately, the vet made us feel rushed and didn’t interact with him at all. She also made a mistake when microchipping him and had to do it again, which was upsetting. I felt so sorry for the poor dog. Based on this experience, I wouldn’t recommend this vets and will be changing to one that actually cares about and loves animals.
Friendly and helpful
Friendly and helpful. Gave advice and reasons about treatment. No problems very satisfied with visit.
First visit to new practice.
First visit and everything was as should be, nice vet, lovely clean practice and helpful staff, very different to what we've been used to.
Zeus the God Dog
We arrived early but was still welcomed. the entrance waiting room was a bit noisy with dogs but plenty of room to stay apart. Receptionist was very good and interactive. The vet was exceptional with Zeus as he is a rescued dog and needs a lot of patience and understanding. Overall it was a great visit and we walked away with a lot more knowledge.

Experience of having a dog put down.
So first of all we sadly had to have our beloved doggy put down. the vets have lost our dogs harness and we went in the next day to be told ‘well it was yesterday’ when that wasn’t the first thing on our mind when putting a dog down that’s been in our lives 12 years. Secondly we have paid for paw prints and fur to come back after she had been cremated, no fur is there and thirdly the death certificate to say she got cremated on her own says beloved pet of ‘MRS’ when the whole time it was a male who took the dog in and thirdly his last name is also spelt wrong. It may sound like it’s little things but 3 things have all added up and made us very upset as a family who’s lost a family pet. Would not recommend.

They are always so polite and always try to put you at ease and explain everything to you? And you can see how much they care for the animals
BEST VETS EVER
From the very first day I found out about this vets, they have been consistently BRILLIANT! NEVER EVER, charge a Consultation FEE it's FREE!
The staff are always very very friendly from reception team, nurses & vets. Always give you lots of time & fully explain things. Never push any product's but actually recommend products you can buy online cheaper. Once rushed one of my Dacshund's summer 2025 Lola, who went into Anaphylaxis shock after catching a bee & being stung in the mouth. We rushed her straight down, phoning on route. The vet was already waiting in reception, to immediately rush her through, this was 15mins before closing, worked on her for 30mins even after closing. Gave her steriod injection & fluids no Emergency charge or out of hours, grand total of £87! Nearly fell over with shock, I normally go PDSA, but they no longer allow walk- ins & also would of charged way more £25 Consult for starters! Then would of charged me out of hours emergency fee of around £200. So Animal Trust are my go 2 vets now.

No consultation fee is a massive bonus - I had to take 3 pets yesterday. The staff at the reception desk were welcoming. The vet was friendly, professional, informative and I was happy with his advice.

All Staff at the Telford Branch are very caring and leaving my pet with them made me feel happy and confident that he was he safe hands. There pricing is much more competitive than other vets. I would have no problem in recommending them to any one
I cannot fault the staff at the…
I cannot fault the staff at the Liverpool clinic, they are so helpful and the vets are so helpful and caring. They explain the issue and provided different treatment options so you could make an informed decision, they have been great with my 2 dogs.
The only reason they don’t get 5 stars is because of their booking system, I feel that needs to made more user friendly, the description for urgent/ same day appointments could put you off opting for one, I nearly did but glad I didn’t!

Went to animal trust in Wrexham I see Charlotte the vet I only chose to see her as my dog as epilepsy and we’re finding it really hard to get under control she goes above and beyond to try and sort him. Receptionist find them all fine. They always know who I am when I say my dogs name
Animal Trust - Shrewsbury is exemplary!
I travelled to Animal Trust in Shrewsbury for an emergency operation on my Bichon Frise, and the level of care we received was nothing short of exceptional.
Dr. Dimitrios Papadopoulos was highly professional, taking the time to explain every aspect of the procedure clearly while showing genuine compassion and affection towards my dog. His approach immediately put me at ease during what was an incredibly stressful situation.
The nursing team were equally outstanding. The nurse who discharged Bonnie was thorough, patient, and kind—ensuring I fully understood the recovery process and ongoing care plan. She went above and beyond, even applying balm to Bonnie’s eyes before our three-hour journey home to keep her comfortable.
The aftercare has been just as impressive. The team monitoring Bonnie’s recovery have been incredibly supportive, offering thoughtful guidance and practical advice (even helping us navigate the challenges of sleep deprivation). Their empathy and experience have made a real difference to both Bonnie and our family.
This experience has far exceeded anything I’ve encountered with local veterinary services. It is truly refreshing to find a non-corporate practice so deeply committed to the welfare of animals and the support of their owners.
I would not hesitate to recommend Animal Trust Shrewsbury. I felt completely confident leaving Bonnie in their care, and when she requires further treatment, I will absolutely make the journey again.
Thank you for turning such a distressing time into a far more manageable and supported experience. Your care is exemplary x
My 15yr old Staffie Buddy
My 15yr old Staffie Buddy has been looked after by the amazing staff at animal trust Ashton under lune for many years and his arthritis and now dementia get the best treatment and pain relief giving him a happy long life and he actually loves his very regular visits as he loves all animals and humans.i am very grateful to all the staff that are very helpful and they ensure no animal has to wait if they need a vet.with paws assist my best friend gets the best care that would be unaffordable for me at other vets not that Buddy has ever noticed that he has had a few injections the vet is so good and buddy just thinks he has had a cuddle and kind attention and always leaves with his tail wagging.they are also very good with nervous pets and i don’t think you could find a better place to ensure your pet is given the very best care I can’t get doctors appointments or tests and treatments by polite staff and exceptional vets that explain every option with compassion and care .
