Empathic, responsive and smooth
Communication, ease of administration and empathy throughout 2 difficult and complex claim processes. With one claim done as a direct claim and another as an owner reclaim involving multiple services (GP / referral / home care) both claims were smooth, rapid and manageable. We ended up with Animal Friends after Aviva divested our cover to them and I was apprehensive but so so pleased with the result. Fantastic work from all of the team who handled our claims and cover.

Animal Friends have been nothing except perfect. They're very clear in what you get within your policy and have been extremely helpful whenever we needed to contact them. So far so good!
So far our experience with animal friends has been fantastic. Our vet deals with all our insurance claims for a small admin fee and animal friends have been very efficient. I have recently used the pre authorisation request and it was quick and easy. Anytime I’ve had to call I’ve been given great customer service.
