Cold called my front door. Reluctantly agreed to have someone come to quote. Changed my mind and have told them by phone and text yet that I no longer require the visit. Yet they are still hounding me from different numbers.

We had a broken front door lock.
Very proactive with getting us a visit from an engineer.
Communication was great throughout.
Steve Derosa, the engineer with a time frame and was very efficient when he came.
We were very pleased with the service and outcome.

They quoted by phone and I accepted and paid a deposit of £220 on 12th August
After visiting they declined the job and when I requested my deposit back they said it could take 28 days
How come it takes 2 minutes to take my money but 28 days to refund it when they cancelled 🥵🥵🥵🥵

I had John Barnes come around to my house and measure and quote for Shutters. He was excellent with his explanations , covering everthing I asked and more.He wasn't a pushy salesman , he was a salesman a company can be proud of.

After an unfortunate miscommunication between ourselves and Anglian, the wrong door was fitted. After contacting the customer engagement team, the issue was resolved within a matter of days. Both the original fitters and the service engineer who came to rectify the issue were excellent. Professional, polite and efficient. Couldn’t have asked for a better service. This goodwill gesture on the part of Anglian was very much appreciated.

IF I COULD LEAVE NO STARS IT WOULD BE TO MANY HAD NEW WINDOWS AND DOORS FITTED IN JANUARY 2026 THEN IT STARTS FIRST NIGHT BEDROOM WINDOW FELL OFF (2 DAYS TO REPAIR) FRONT DOOR STOPPED LOCKING (STILL THE SAME AFTER 5 DIFFERENT VISITS TO PRESENT DATE SEPTEMBER 2026) BACK DOOR NOT WORKING CORRECTLY (SAME DATES) PATIO DOORS NOT WORKING CORRECTLY (REPAIRED 02-09-2026) SIDE WINDOW AND FRONT BAY WINDOWS SCRATCHED (SIDE WINDOW REPLACED 02-09-2026 BAY WINDOW REPLACED WITH ANOTHER SCRATCHED WINDOW) WAITING FOR ANOTHER REPLACEMENT.CONTACT MANAGEMENT AFTER NUMEROUS ATTEMPTS TO BE TOLD THEY WILL LOOK INTO THE MATTER AND GET BACK TO YOU (NEVER DO) TOTAL PRICE PAID £24000.00 PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY YOU WILL GET RIPPED OFF AND FOBBED OFF ABSOLUTE DISGRACE.

I would give zero star if I could, absolutely terrible customer service. I contacted them to replace a few windows in my house and I was given an appointment for Sunday. Come Friday I was contacted to be informed that no one works on Sunday so an appointment was fixed for Wednesday. Today on Wednesday another phone call came and he started asking me the same questions that two people had asked me already. I said why am I having to answer the same questions repeatedly, only to be told that no one is coming today either! It’s absolutely dreadful service, not only are the same questions being repeated but the appointments are not kept either, extremely disappointing and unprofessional, I will not be using them for sure.

Absolute bunch of cowboys I had three windows fitted by these clowns one window had glass that was severely scratched and an upstairs window was fitted not in the centre of the brickwork the frame was covered in mastic and wouldn't open more than an inch because it was hitting the facia board.
They sent out an Engineer who agreed with me that the downstairs window needed a new window and the upstairs window needed replace ing completely.
That was 5 months ago and I haven't heard from them since I've wrote to them tried to phone them at least 20 times they never answer the phone.
Be warned don't use Anglia Windows also trading as Safestyle UK they're an absolute bunch of fraudsters
Be warned once they have your money you'll never here from them again avoid them like the plague
I am in the process of taking them to court to get my money back.
Do yourself a favour and stay well clear of these charlatans and use a local installer and save yourself a lot of stress

I can’t praise this company enough. 7 windows and 2 doors fitted professionally and proficiently over a two day period with scaffolding removed same day. Lost some tiles from window ledge but this was repaired at same time with good humoured team of 2.
My house looks new after 40 years of original wooden frames and doors.

⭐ 1 Star – Very Poor Service

Very disappointed with Anglian. When the fitter arrived to start the installation, I was informed that the entire top structure of my conservatory had been incorrectly designed and needs to be reordered with the correct dimensions.

This is an Anglian design issue and has now resulted in an expected 3–4 week delay to the installation. The problem was only identified when installation had already started, which is extremely frustrating.

The delay is also affecting other work I had arranged, including laminate fitting and radiator booking.

I was not expecting such a significant design error from a company like Anglian, especially at this stage. I would expect Anglian to take responsibility, escalate the issue, provide the correct materials urgently and minimise the delay.

Overall, a very poor and disappointing experience.

I needed the glass replaced as had been installed initially with scratches and the engineer Tomasz who rectified the issue was very friendly, professional and efficient and kept me updated on his arrival on both occasions when visiting my property. He also rectified a few other issues from the initial installation and so I am now a very satisfied customer

Up until my door was fitted on the 25th June 2026 I cannot complain with the service I received from this company. communication was good and the person who installed the door was friendly and pointed out some damaged to bricks he did which were reported on the installation document. soon after the installation I had an issue with the door sticking. after some communication someone came out to sort this. a date was agreed to come and repair the bricks on the 10th of August but I had to cancel due to going into hospital. since then I have sent several emails about the brick repairs and that the door is sticking again and have had no response other than we have received your email and It has been passed on to the installation team. I wanted to give this company a positive review but as they are not communicating to resolve these issues I have had to resort to giving them this review which is a shame.

We had a visit from a sales rep,we explained what we required and he took some measurements, after a while he came up with a price which was in the correct ball park, he kept asking for a deposit,I explaind we were waiting for other quotes and would give an answer next week .. The next day the area manager called to tell us the quote we received was incorrect and was now almost 50% more .. how can a long established company get it all so wrong?? it feels like they were trying to take us for a ride ..
