Most unsatisfactory service!

Shame that I had ordered a dress in my size for a next day delivery. The next day, I receive a message saying my dress was out of stock. Went back online to see if it was available & it was. I’m not sure what this company is playing at. If it’s in stock, it is their responsibility to send it. Called the number & someone answered saying” we’re closed”. Why would there be someone there if they’re closed? They were unwilling to help & said order it again if it’s showing in stock. That’s utter nonsense!!!
I’m not sure they are genuine. Would not buy anything from them again!

Happy customer

Ordered a long line grey fur coat, which was even better than the picture. Coat was in the sale with an extra 15% off as it was the first time I have ordered from ANGELEYE direct, but certainly won't be the last time. Very happy with my purchase, thank you ANGELEYE.

When bought

When bought. The item was in stock. Was excited to find it here as it was also sold out online. Than 2 days later got an email to say it was sold out. Which is not nice.

Site not updated correctly causing stress

Received an email advising the product was back in stock in my size. Went online and purchased it only to receive an email 2 days later to say the order had been cancelled as it was no longer in stock. Went back online to chk and the site said it was in stock still. Had to call to confirm the issue and request another callback if arrived back in stock.

Didn’t include the return postage label. Not a big deal and sorted it very promptly but should have been in the original package

Leopard faux fur coat simply gorgeous

A quality coat, so soft and true to size. Have worn it once and was inundated with compliments. Can’t wait to wear it again.
