Good choices, speedy delivery and easy returns

Fast delivery & lovely quality

The polo neck and the faux fur coat that I ordered are fab. The jumper with the pearls on is not fit for purpose. Pearls shedding everywhere and a massive hole in the arm following wear Number 2. Think there is some promise here- but not enough quality for me to order again, sadly.

I wasn’t sure which size to order (relaxed fit, teal faux fur jacket), so I emailed them for advice. I got a swift reply. According to their size guide, I’m a 14/L, but I ordered a size 12/M which fits perfectly. The jacket arrived quickly.
The quality is outstanding. The colour is beautiful, the fur is so soft. It’s fully lined and exactly fits the description.
It arrived with a return label, and clear instructions on how to return items, clearly setting out what condition the item should be in, which is impressive and making any returns stress free.
Anyway, I had no need to return the jacket because I love it.

Beautiful high quality dresses and fantastic customer service. I ordered 2 dresses and I received one in the wrong colour. Luckily it was a better colour on me and I decided to keep both. They are both true to size and very flattering and customer services after being informed of their error were amazing and resolved the issue very quickly.
Will be buying from them again

The dress came away at the seams. It was for a wedding and it was right in front at the top. No hiding it. Embarrassing

Fast delivery, amazing dress true to size

Good because arrived On time

Ordered a dress but it looked so cheap and flimsy compared to the photo that I did not even bother to try it on and returned it. It was obviously a sale item for a reason. They then said it was returned to them with a mark on and the tags removed. I had not even thought to check it had the tags or or any marks in the first place because I had already decided it wasn’t even nice enough to try on. Please check that your items have tags on and no marks as I feel this company are trying their luck with sale items. Will avoid this brand in the future and will try to reclaim my money back through my credit card company
