Scammers!

Scammers!! Only word for this company. Even after providing proof of payment for parking at a hotel, and the hotel confirming there was a problem with the registration system, they still rejected my appeal. I sought out a director and emailed him, who backed the decision!!!had to send several emails and forward details from the hotel to finally get it cancelled. They even had the cheek to offer me a reduction as good will!! Good will?? Maybe try accepting that I had paid!!!

ABSOLUTE PARASITES!!

If it was possible to give a negative score I would have, however you are forced to give 1 star as a minimum which should be changed.
I am convinced that Ocean Parking is working in conjunction with the ISA (Independent Appeals Service). Despite raising a dispute with them after receiving a parking fine from Ocean Parking (by the way it isn't possible to open a case with POPLA - 'Parking on Private Land Appeals' independent service), instead you are forced to only use the ISA for Ocean Parking fines - so what does this tell you? After submitting a 100% valid and genuine reason for going over my parking time by literally a few mins my appeal was rejected by Ocean Parking and then ISA in favor of Ocean Parking - absolutely no surprise at all. Do not waste your time and effort in raising an appeal through ISA for an Ocean Parking fine, it doesn't matter what 100% valid reason you give for going over your parking time you will only receive the same response from Ocean Parking and ISA that: 'signs were there and you did not adhere to the rules of parking' - they take absolutely no humane reasons into account as to why this may have happened. And, unlike most companies where whilst you are in dispute/appeal the cost does not increase whilst you are 'in the process', with Ocean Parking theirs increases from £60 to £100 after 28 days of being originally issued the fine even though you are sill in the appeals process with the ISA - and when the ISA uphold the decision/fine in favor of Ocean Parking (which they most definitely will), you do not get the opportunity to pay the original £60 as its gone over Ocean Parking's 28 day period by then and risen to £100. You are better off not parking at their sites at all, or, if you must, and do end up receiving any fine for going over your time, save yourself the frustration, headache and £40 by not appealing and paying the £60 instead of £100 which will come later if you appeal! This company is an absolute parasite - if the money they generated from the public was actually put to good use (charities) you'd happily pay but here the fat cats just get fatter - don't feed them!
