My postman gave me a funny look when delivering my Analogic order, I laughed, and as a result I've never forgotten their name. Good times.

I bought a black Amiga 1200 power supply; the advert said it was brand new. They sent me a cracked and badly super-glued power supply.
They refuse to send me a replacement and they refuse to reimburse me for the costs. I paid a very high import duty to have this sent from England. They didn’t reply to my emails. It was only when I opened a PayPal case that they replied via PayPal. Unfortunately, it doesn’t look like PayPal can help me get my money back either.
I feel ripped off.

Raj and the team provided an excellent service for my iMac hard drive crash. Luckily I had full backup and Raj walked me through their recommendation for upgrading the drive and retrieving the data. Excellent service for any computer based issues

I have had an Acorn Risc computer for 30 years and until recently it has worked beautifully. It developed faults recently and the firms I found who could do the work were in Birmingham, Skegness and somewhere even further away then those. Via a Risc users' forum, someone suggested I try Analogic as they deal with vintage Amigas. Having spoken to Raj on the phone, he seemed prepared to have a go at this, but I would have to get some guidance as to just what was needed. This was provided by a member of the Acorn group who kindly came with me to Kingston and explained what probably required replacing, plus some cleaning up inside as well. A few days ago I had a call to say that the work had been done and today I collected it, brought it home and set it up again. It runs like new. Analogic is a great set-up; I have found them helpful, friendly and obliging and without them the outlook for my computer would have been bleak.
I'd happily recommend them to anyone.

I accidentally spilled coffee all over my laptop. I went to the Apple Store and got quoted £1290, which is a lot. I found Analogic Computer through google and I thought it might be worth a shot. I met Raj and he talked me through the process that he will do, in the end he charged me only £300 and my laptop is as good as new. Really satisfied with the service, would recommend this to anyone that is experiencing the same problem as me.

They replaced broken connectors on 2 PCB boards from car head and SOS units from my EV. Very specific and expensive car parts. It was a tricky job to disassemble these parts, unsolder the old connectors and resolder the new ones. These connectors are fragile and very sensitive. I am very happy with the end result. Both units work well now.

I recently had my 2015 27in iMac upgraded to SSD and 24 ram. I'm extremely happy with the result.
thought about buying a new Imac, but I like my 27in screen new iMacs only 24in
so a new lease of life at a fraction of the cost.

Analogic was very quick to respond to our initial enquiry, gave clear instructions on how to post our laptop to them, and offered a reasonable repair price.
Once the job was completed, made sure the computer was returned to us quickly, and followed up once received to make sure we were happy.
Highly recommend their services.

Raj did a great job replacing my laptop keyboard and at the same time upgrading my SSD. Phoning a day after to make sure everything was still okay was a nice touch. Plenty of free parking at the unit is also a big plus in my book, especially in Kingston!

Raj recommended that I removed the hard drive from my 15 year old Apple iMac that I was seeking to recycle. Extremely friendly and made me feel a really valuable customer.

I would recommend to anyone if their lap top goes down ((which is exactly what happened to my Mac Pro). Hadn't backed up any of my data for ages and they managed to save everything and completely overhaul the system for me. Excellent, timely service. Easy to park, pleasant offices and people who really care about their customers.

I struggled with my IMac for several months. It eventually stopped working completely and because I need it daily I was desperate for immediate help. Analogic Computers came to my rescue. They repaired it the same day and it’s like a new machine! I should have gone to them months earlier. Raj was a pleasure to deal with too. Sorry it has taken me a little time to write my review,

I recently had an issue with my iMac due to a faulty hard drive. I was quite stressed about it, as I had thousands of precious photos and important documents stored on it, and I was worried I might lose everything. I decided to take it to Analogic Computers (U.K.) Ltd in Kingston for repairs. Raj, the Director, was incredibly reassuring and promised excellent and speedy service—and that’s exactly what I received!
My computer now feels like new, with increased storage capacity, speed, and cleaned inside and out. The operating system was also upgraded, and all the applications are running perfectly. I couldn’t be happier and more grateful for the fantastic work done.
So, once again, thank you, Raj, and the whole team of computer engineers, for the outstanding job! It’s such a relief to know that I have a place I can rely on in the future if needed.

Raj and his team brought my imac 2019 back to life and, following their recommendations, vastly improved its performance. It now looks and works like new, probably even faster. Easy parking and very helpful and knowledgeable service.

Fixed my Microsoft Surface laptop well and were very clear about work done.

Also cleaned the cimputer internally while it was open for repair. Good value for money and workmanship.

The hard disc of my Macbook Air crashed. I showed it to a few techie friends and they all said that the data (which included some precious photos/videos of my child) is non-recoverable. But Analogic computers did the impossible by recovering all my data for a reasonable price. Highly recommend them. They know their stuff!

We recently had a battery change for one of our laptops, and Raj helped us with excellent customer service. From ordering the battery to replacing it. Just wanted to say, thank you so much for answering all my questions and doing an amazing job

Had a badly liquid damaged Microsoft Surface Laptop. I am a returning customer who has been inspired by Raj's enthusiasm for fixing his customers' tech. They spent alot of time fixing and cleaning the laptop when most outfits would not have bothered investing the time. Very grateful and will return if I have issues with any equipment
