An excellent service. Always does what he say's and will tell you if the device, system etc., is not worth repairing given the excessive cost he would have to charge. My first port of call.

Russell is great. I haven't got a clue about computers, but Russell certainly does. He upgraded my home computer with just the things I needed and explained in simple language how to use everything. Russ updated our Microsoft access sorted out some conflicts on the system. Good communication on how tech functions between various devices. All done speedily and efficiently and good value for money.

Russel (Rusco) is a great guy with loads of experience in his chosen field. His cost estimates are clear and honest. He says what he does and does what he says. He's helped me many times during the last 20+ years and I would not go anywhere else for a solution to my computer problems.

I have used Russ's service a few times and more recently for him set up my new printer to my laptop.
He also cleaned and tidied up the laptop.
Ive always found his service fantastic ' he gets the job done and he's friendly' he explains what you need to know and keeps it simple' also provides good advice on how to keep my printer to run effectively.
