Lack of integrity

I purchased hearing aids with Amplifon approximately 3 years ago for £3500 pounds which helped with my hearing loss and was informed they could be adjusted as and when required. I had my last retest early this year at my Kingston branch. Shortly after I was contacted to have a free trial with new hearing aids. I did this and though the new aids were an improvement in my present ones the price of £4500 seemed steep after so short a time after spending £3500 so I declined the offer. To my amazement shortly after a new range came out so I was pleased I had not gone with the offer. I contacted my audiologist at the Kingston branch who said they were unaware of this new range at the time of my last trial. I found this hard to believe and emailed Customer services for explanation. I have had no response from my Kingston audiologist or customer services even after several chasing emails.

just been to stockport from wigan was…

just been to stockport from wigan was full of nerves but when i went in Lisa the audiologist made me feel so relaxed had all the hearing tests and came out with exactly what i wanted,the service was the best i have had ….fantastic service look forward to the follow up .would definitely recommend them

Great first experience

The earring test I had was very thorough, everything was explained to me before the examination was started and what to expect. After I had finished the test the gentleman then went through everything and explained to me the results and showed me on the screen the difference in both ears he was very good. The service and staff was excellent

The lady that did my hearing test was…

The lady that did my hearing test was experienced and yet friendly. She was also polite and caring. The test included sound and also hearing tests and made me realise how much of ordinary conversation I am missing. The whole atmosphere was relaxed Unfortunately as a OAP I can't afford the cost of decent hearing aids using the latest technology. Thank you for your time.

Disappointing experience turned around

I have had a set of hearing aids from Amplifon for two years now, and unfortunately, till now, the experience has been disappointing.
However, two days ago I had a review with an audiologist called Victoria in Chester and it changed things completely. She was knowledgeable, helpful and understood my problems straight away. She was also sure that everything could be sorted and had a plan of action immediately. In less than a week, everything is so much better - I can listen to music again without having to use headphones, and watch TV without turning the volume way above everyone else's comfort zone. I am really grateful for all that she has done to help me.
