No gambling restrictions whatsoever, despite repeatedly asking them to close account they just ignor your emails. Can't limit spend either. You answered below but skirted round the issue then did nothing and still didn't reply to emails to close account. ARE you going to close the account or not? You have no gambling controls in place and still haven't answered my email to close the account.

Thank you for your response, but this does not address the actual issue.
The problem is not that you “have rules”, but that these rules are applied in a misleading way. I was allowed to fully wager the bonus and continue playing until my balance reached approximately €6000. At no point was I prevented from playing or informed that my winnings would be limited to such a small amount.
Only when I attempted to withdraw, this restriction was enforced. This is exactly the issue: the limitation is not applied transparently during gameplay, but only afterwards when a player wins.
This creates a highly unfair situation and gives the impression that players are allowed to accumulate winnings that are later invalidated based on unclear terms.
I have already raised this formally and will proceed with further steps, including a chargeback and additional complaints, if this is not resolved properly.
I expect a concrete explanation and resolution, not a generic response.

I am leaving this review as a serious warning about Ammobet.
On 26th March, I contacted their live support and email requesting my account to be permanently closed due to gambling addiction. I clearly explained that I am vulnerable and suffer from multiple diagnosed mental health conditions, and that this was urgent.
Despite contacting them nearly 6 times, my account was NOT closed.
Because of their failure to act, I was able to continue gambling and deposit money over the past 3 weeks, causing further financial harm. If they had done their job properly and followed responsible gambling rules, I would NOT have been able to continue.
This is a complete failure of duty of care.
I have never even cashed out on this platform, and yet they continued to allow deposits after I made it clear I was struggling and needed help.
I am now requesting:
A full refund of all deposits made from 26th March onwards
Immediate permanent closure of my account
Accountability for ignoring multiple urgent requests
This situation could have been prevented entirely if they had acted when I first reached out.
I strongly advise anyone struggling with gambling to avoid this site.

Trying to close account…dead bonuses
Currently waiting on a withdrawal that says 'reserved'. Has been 72 hours since i withdrew £1400 and have had various update from live chat where i have been told processing takes 1-3 days and then also been told 7 business days.
I have deposited with absolutely no problem and do enjoy the variety of games on offer. However the withdrawal process is a major concern. And reading other reviews has me concerned i will never receive my winnings. Have uploaded ID & proof of address to help speed things up but they've not been approved in nearly 3 days either.
Have spoken with Resolver and will open a case if there is no movement today.

I spoke with online chat again (Jovan). Who has now verified my account after I had to upload a photo of payment card. The payment was cancelled and funds sent back to balance after speaking with Jovan. So Passport, utility bill and payment card all uploaded and verified. I have been advised that the money will be in my bank account no later than Wednesday (15/04).
I have photos and screenshots of all convos and account details but unfortunately cannot submit on here. Will wait to Wednesday and update of withdrawal was processed and sent. I am still very susceptible.
UPDATE (14/04)
Have spoken to both Bianca and Nathan on live chat after still no movement. Both have confirmed everything is fine and that the withdrawal will be reviewed and processed ‘really soon’ and ‘shortly’. Nathan also advised withdrawals never take a week…although it has been a week…
Let’s see what tomorrow brings after Jovan confirmed it will be with me no later than tomorrow.

£1400 was received exactly 72 hours after I requested the withdrawal.
I have won a further £3500 and requested withdrawal to my card. All of a sudden my card apparently no longer works and I accepting withdrawals and is being declined by my bank. Amonbet are happy to keep taking deposits off the same card though…
I was told to request withdrawal via bank transfer which I did on 02/05. Still have not received the funds even though bank transfer was ‘completed’ on 03/05 and Harley via live chat told me it would be 1-2 days max before it was in my account. I will update again if I receive the money but I am worried I will not.

So after playing at Amonbet for a couple of months and reaching VIP status the returns completely dried up. For example…£2,000 deposited and after buying 10 x bonuses at £200. Not a single one returned any profit. It’s like the website has gone dead. Appalling returns.
I have requested account closure via live chat and was told to email, which I did. I was then met with emails offering bonuses etc and despite numerous requests to close my account it remains open.
‘ISABELLA FITZGERALD’ the casino account manager is an absolute disgrace. I have requested account closure 17 times now and it remains open. They prey on the vulnerable and weak and they clearly target problem gamblers. Luckily I have remained away from Amonbet but I am not happy with my account being open still.
DO NOT put your money into this business. You will never see it again.

Bad pay out
This is a really good website. The only downside is that when you deposit money, it shows up immediately, but withdrawals aren’t nearly as fast. I’ve been waiting for days now for a €600 withdrawal, but it just isn’t coming through.
Once I receive the money, I’ll update this review to 5 stars!

Id honestly rate 0 stars if I could.
Deposited £20 and won £159 so decided to withdraw £140. Over 24 hours later and still showing as reserved, whatever that means. Not even showing as sent or pending. Suddenly bounced back to providers account twice.
Placed some bets on football, cashed out and both apparently "failed".
Shameful scammy provider with limited games, no customer service, no way to close your account and no sign up bonuses even come close to what they declare you'll get.
