Zero score deserves
I personally would make this a zero if it were possible.
My mom (82) called recently and it took so many option selections to get to speak to a person. She said she has sight issues and doesn't use the Internet and asked for a catalogue. She has been a customer for many years. She was rudely told by the operative she HAS to go online and slammed the phone down on her.
So Ambrose Wilson... You are unsupportive of the older generation, have no thought for those who don't want/can't have the internet and unsupportive of those with a visual impairment. That's not good.

Comfy items
Ordered shoes as I have pretty wide ones and have to have straps on them or they fall off. Slingbacks = send backs to me, even though I love them.
What can I say? Arrived the next day. Lovely and roomy. Comfy as anything where has this company been all my life???
