Amazon cheated me!

NoAn Amazon customer service supervisor said he gave me a $30 gift certificate for the hours of time I spent trying to return a defective product. But despite sending me a confirmation email, it was never applied. Follow up calls to customer service failed to apply the gift certificate. And it took weeks to get the refund that I still have not received. I never expected Amazon to commit fraud. But their customer support has deteriated. UPDATE I finally reached the same supervisor I spoke to and he made good

Amazon may be the biggest but they arecrap atdelivering youre parcel . Im from temu in future .

Delivery its always delivery with amazon .
Why do they send a message delivery between 12 and 3 when you sit in and wait but they just throw it in a dirty scruffy outdoor bin . What joke amazon is . Im shopping at temu infuture atleast temu delivery drivers knock on youre door to give it you . Unlike scruffy amazon drivers who just throw it in an outdoor bin because they cannot be bothered to knock on a door . 2 doorbells a door knocker advanced warning so im at home and still the driver put my parcel in a bin thats full of water . Disgracefull service yet amazon let their drivers do it time and time again .
TEMU EVERYBODY THEY KNOCK ON YOURE DOOR ATLEAST UNLIKE AMAZON .

Very bad experience I bought 2 items…

Very bad experience I bought 2 items from this site and all items was damaged. No return in return time. I make customer care your customer care very very bad they hold for 2 minute but no reply half n hour lastly disconnect. I make many time but all the time 2 minutes hold but no reply 20 ,30 minutes lastly tired and disconnected. Agar koi sathi is se saman kharidta h to apne risk par purchase kare. Inki koi jimmedari nahi. Koi customer care nahi h sab fraud hai.

I’m very disappointed with this order

I’m very disappointed with this order. It’s been over a month since I placed it and the package still hasn’t arrived.
I also called a number to confirm the delivery and was charged around €40 for the call, which is completely unacceptable.
I expect an immediate solution, either a full refund or the urgent delivery of the product, as well as the refund of the phone charge.
So far, this has been a very negative experience.

Slow delivery and website lag

I order on Amazon thinking it will be fast, but delivery is late almost one week, very inconvenient. Also, when I go to website to check my order, page is very slow, sometimes have error, and payment also stop few times.
I get the product in the end, but shopping like this is not comfortable. Amazon should make website better and delivery faster so people don’t waste time waiting.

Bought a dog carrier on Amazon: exactly same cheaper TEMU and free delivery

Bought a dog carrier on both TEMU and Amazon as usually TEMU quality is very poor so opted for aback up. I only needed it for a one time use, so TEMU poor quality didn't matter too much.
Imagine my surprise when the Amazon item arrived and is exactly the same as TEMU - only Amazon was more expensive and I paid for delivery. So, be careful, folks; some items you like on Amazon, TEMU has exactly the same product.

UNRELIABLE AMAZON FRANCE

I purchased an item as a pre order when it was on offer. The item arrived it is in stock and my account was charged for the purchase. A few days later and for no good reason they cancelled the purchase and refunded me. Now if i want to repurchase the item i have to pay 35€ more than the original purchase. UNRELIABLE AMAZON FRANCE

On delivery only four were in the package, one of which had previously been used was broken and it still had some cheese lodged in it.
Amazon issued a return label, but when I attempted to review the order explaining what had happened, Amazon rejected the review.

Awful follow-up on lost order

I ordered a Mac book Pro supposed to be delivered the next day. Bad luck, the next day there was a strike in France and therefore the package got delayed. But on the 19th still no news. After calling the CS multiple times and trying to arrange a change of delivery adress (I had to travel and could not receive the package myself), on the 22nd I received a message that the package was probably lost (the CS assured me twice that it was with the delivery guy). Order cancelled, new one ordered, more expensive. I was promised a refund of the difference and a small commercial gesture, the sum of which was refunded to an obsolete card linked to a closed account!! Spent one more hour with CS going in circles as they did not get the issue (they actually linked the refund to an old order paid with the now obsolete card) and basically asked me to find the solution. Then in the end asking permission to debit the refunded amount from my closed account linked to my obsolete card so that they then can refund on the new card registered in my amazon account. Seriously????

Les Francaises Sont Pas Utiles Toujours

I LIVE IN FRANCE AND LOATHE EVERY MINUTE BECAUSE THE FRENCH NATION ARE SO UTTERLY INCAPABLE OF PROGRESSING ANYTHING.

I USE AMAZON GERMANY, AND AMAZON UNITED KINGDOM ALL THE TIME BECAUSE THEY ARE SO FAST AND EFFICIENT. I NEVER HAVE ANY PROBLEMS AT ALL.

NOW, I AM BUYING BULKY ITEMS SO FOR SHIPPING REASONS I AM FORCED TO USE THE DETESTABLE FRENCH - AND WHAM! IMMEDIATELY THERE ARE PROBLEMS - AGAIN WITH THE FRENCH !

I ATTEMPTED THE TRANSACTION AND FOR THE FIRST TIME EVER IT WAS DECLINED. I TELEPHONED MY BANK AND ENSURED THERE WOULD BE NO PROBLEM WITH MY TRANSACTION WITH A SECOND ATTEMPT. THEY APPROVED THE TRANSACTION PERSONALLY ON THE TELEPHONE AND IT WENT THROUGH SUCCESSFULLY.

SEVEN MINUTES LATER AMAZON FRANCE WROTE TO SAY MY BANK HAD DECLINED THE TRANSACTION.
I TELEPHONED MY BANK AGAIN AND THEY INSISTED THAT THEY HAD APPROVED THE TRANSACTION AND THAT IT HAD CLEARED MY ACCOUNT - THERE WAS NO ISSUE WITH THEM. THEY TOLD ME THAT IT WAS AMAZON FRANCE WHO HAD BLOCKED THE TRANSACTION.

THIS HIGHLIGHTS EVERYTHING WRONG WITH THIS DESPICABLE COUNTRY FRANCE:

1) THE UTTER RECKLESSNESS WITH WHICH THE MAKE LIFE AS INTOLERABLE AS THEY POSSIBLY CAN.
2) THAT THEY LIE - INCLUDING BEARING FALSE WITNESS AGAINST OTHERS (HSBC BANK) AS CASUALLY AS NORMAL - NON-FRENCH PEOPLE BREATH!

I CANNOT WAIT TO GET THESE BULKY ITEMS BOUGHT AND RETURN TO DOING BUSINESS WITH THE GERMANS AND NEVER USE AMAZON.FR AGAIN!

Je vis en France et je déteste chaque minute, car les Français sont totalement incapables de faire avancer les choses.

J'utilise Amazon Allemagne et Amazon Royaume-Uni en permanence, car ils sont très rapides et efficaces. Je n'ai jamais rencontré le moindre problème.

Maintenant, j'achète des articles encombrants, donc pour des raisons de livraison, je suis obligé d'utiliser le français, ce qui est inadmissible. Et boum ! Immédiatement, il y a eu des problèmes, encore une fois avec le français !

J'ai tenté faire le transaction pour la première fois, mais elle a été refusée. J'ai téléphoné à ma banque pour m'assurer qu'il n'y aurait aucun problème avec ma transaction lors d'une deuxième tentative. Ils ont personnellement approuvé la transaction par téléphone, et elle s'est déroulée avec succès.

Sept minutes plus tard, Amazon France m'a écrit que ma banque avait refusé la transaction.
J'ai de nouveau téléphoné à ma banque, qui m'a affirmé qu'elle avait approuvé la transaction et que mon compte avait été liquidé ; il n'y avait aucun problème avec eux. Ils m'ont dit que c'était Amazon France qui avait bloqué la transaction.

Ceci met en lumière tous les défauts de ce pays méprisable qu'est la France :

1) L'insouciance totale avec laquelle ils rendent la vie aussi intolérable que possible.
2) Qu'ils mentent, y compris en posant de faux témoignages contre d'autres (la banque HSBC) avec la désinvoltement que les non-Français respirent !

J'ai hâte de récupérer ces articles encombrants et de retourner faire affaire avec les Allemands, sans plus jamais utiliser Amazon.fr !

I ended up boycotting Amazon in favor…

I ended up boycotting Amazon in favor of Temu, Aliexpress, or better yet, traditional shopping in stores or at the market, as was done before the internet.

I can no longer stand the fact that Amazon and its stupid AWS cloud have continued for months, even a year, to let spammers, scammers, scammers, and other trash continue to spam massively, pretending to be banking sites, advisors, fake fines, fake subscriptions, etc. I'm sick of receiving dozens of spam messages unfiltered by Yahoo or even Gmail!

Spamcop isn't doing anything either; the multiple reports to abuse and others are ineffective; they do nothing to prevent the creation of new accounts, new domains, etc., for malicious purposes!

Very well, keep supporting scams like the GAFAM (Google ads, Facebook, Instagram, etc.). Apparently, crime is more profitable than legality, right? You love money so much, like your shareholders and investment funds (Blackrock to name one), continue and you will be boycotted by more and more people unless you manipulate their consciences to make them addicted to screens.

I have lost my gift card after trying…

I have lost my gift card after trying to purchase an iphone.
The purchase has been cancelled by amazon however my gift card balance (560 eur) hasn't been credited afterwards. I have been advised by your support team to do an identity check to sort out this issue. Attached is my driving licence. I sent my driving license but no update. This the worst service and most incompetent employees I have met in my life. I strongly discourage you to use Amazon. They take your money you call the support (5 times in my case and same amount of emails plus chats) and no one is able to sort out your problem.
Probably the last time I buy in Amazon’s. Now my only solution is to use some legal ways,

Always disappointed by Amazon.fr

I am constantly disappointed by Amazon.fr. Deliveries are often mishandled. My latest order — 5 cartons of wine for a handicapped person — was a disaster: the driver refused to bring it to the door, lied that no one was home, and hung up. Customer service was unhelpful and often spoke poor French, making it hard to resolve the issue. Other Amazon countries provide much better service. Amazon.fr needs serious improvement.

Crap 💩 AMAZON

I ordered a set of "fairy lights on Sunday 31/08/2025, I am a Prime member therefore expect next day deliveries, however the lights showed as 6 stops away at 7pm on Monday 01/09/2025. Only not to arrive with no clear indication of the arrival 😕. I contacted the London number only to be "fobbed off" with they will arrive in 24-48hours and can have a free month on Prime. I obviously can't understand why the item is on the van and then can't 😒 be delivered the next day, totally disgusting behaviour, I will definitely think long and hard regarding 🤔 whether to use this shower of 💩💩 again.
