Excellent service
After several cancellations by Alpha we received excellent service by the engineer Geoff.
He serviced the boiler and repaired a fault. He was efficient and helpful.

Two cancelled service appointments
For the second time in two months Alpha heating have cancelled our boiler service the day before they are due to come out.
We pay for monthly service plan and book our service months in advance. The first time Alpha cancelled our boiler service due to staff holidays. I thought this was a bit strange as unless the engineer booked his holiday last minute why are you only notifying us the day before it’s due. This was rebooked for tomorrow and sure enough it’s cancelled again due to staff holidays. Again Alpha only gave us a days notice.
This causes huge inconvenience as Alpha do not give you a time when the engineer will visit so I had to book the full day off work on each occasion just to have the appointment cancelled last minute.
We are seriously considering cancelling our service plan due to the unreliability of this company.

Fast initial response
Fast initial response, friendly correspondence and were able to attend within 2 days, which was very much appreciated... the repair was carried out and the boiler left in a fully functional condition... they even fixed the remote thermostat....

Fast efficient service
Engineer arrived and introduced himself. He quickly assessed what work was required to be done. He then was left to get on with things to effect repairs on the boiler. Shortly afterwards he advised all repairs had been carried out successfully. He advised what work he had done. Then he departed the scene leaving a happy customer behind.

Highly recommended service
Booking up for an annual service and then repair to the Alpha gas boiler was relatively straightforward. Rob, your gas technician, arrived promptly on the days agreed for the service and repair, and was friendly, polite and very efficient. I will have no hesitation to recommend Alpha to others.
