We've been working with Alpenchalets…

We've been working with Alpenchalets for a couple of years now and we've been impressed with their level of organisation and how well they look after their guests. When our clients ask as for recommendation where to book a chalet, we strongly recommend Alpenchalets.

TOP Chalets / Service & value for money is perfect

Great Chalets, Service, Communication & Team!
I spend many weeks in different Chalets in Swiss or France and all of them: confirm the Chalet description, no maintenance gaps, organization things works well. Value for money could not be better (hopefully that will not kick off price increases ;-))

Fraud, and you keep lying

Fraud. We stayed at a chalet in Thyon dec4th to dec 11th, . Paid the deposit and didn´t received the deposit back because they say we didn´t clean "properly" and broke something (we were charged 36EUR ecah person in the deposit for the final cleaning), three weeks after our stay. When asked for proof, they don´t show anything but their words...and the house was left in MINT conditions. Faud and thiefs at the same time.

Michael, you keep lying again and again. I can not post the bank transfer, but 500, not 600CHF were refunded, and you kept 200CHF from the deposit. Again, as mentioned in my email conversations with you and the agency, you are fraud and scums. I´ve requested pictures from the cleaning team that would show, according to your words "the very bad state" we left the chalet, and you haven´t sent any proof. The chalet was left in more than MINT condition. It´s your word agains ours, but you don´t show no picture to prove it. And again, you accused us of breaking something, and you sent the pictures, three weeks later, but not the bill or invoice of substitution or repair of the thing you said we broke. As we come from a different country, we have no other way to complain against your company and the agency, and no other way to claim our money back, but be sure you have lost an every year returning customer and referall. And please, again, don´t lie. If you like to steal easy money from customers it´s on your conscience.

Again...this is a proof of how serious you are...you reply to my post three years later, what a joke!!! My sister in law lives in Basel, she called you many times and never received and answer back, and again, no picture or proof of what you or the cleaning team state...I will never rent back with you again, and warn potential customers what's your policy to keep the deposit.

thank you for your message. We've checked this. You have paid a deposit of CHF 750. CHF 600 had been paid back to you. The amount of CHF 150 had to be kept, because of a damage caused during your stay and the contractual basic cleaning has not been made by your group (the chalet was left in a very bed state; declaration of the cleaning team). That's the normal procedure in tourism, that, if the responsible local agency and the cleaning staff discover a damage caused during a clients stay, the corresponding amount is taken from the deposit. It's an experienced, serious agency on spot. It's very rare, that they have to charge an amount in order to cover a damage caused by clients. The local agency had to wait for the invoice of the replaced stairgate, that's why it took some time, sorry. You've received the documentation (e-mails). Unfortunately you didn't want to talk to us, in order to explain.

LIARS & CHEATS

Made a verbal agreement to guarantee refund in the times of the pandemic but did not honour their word. Absolutely disgusting, dishonest, and immoral.

Dear Minesh,
thank you. You live in Switzerland, the 02 DEC 2020 (in times of the pandemic) you'd rented a chalet with us in Switzerland for the week of 26 DEC 2020. Then you decided just four days before arrival to cancel your firm booking. At this time, for Swiss residents it was no problem to travel in Switzerland: the ski resort was open, the accomodation was open and prepared for your stay, the ski area including ski lifts were open. No verbal agreement was made. As a goodwill gesture we reduced the cancellation fee to only 10% (instead of 90% written in the terms you'd accepted). We can assure, that we take for serious all clients concerns and we try to do our best to find suitable solutions. We're sorry, if you're not happy with the courtesy regulation, that made you economize 80% of the contractual cancellation fees.
