Such a shame. They used to be a great company until the previous owners sold the business. Turned up at 1am to a dead battery as they had left the interior light on. Two car seats have disappeared and the ones we were offered looked as though they had been left out for months. Very disappointed especially regarding safety or children. The other family were given the keys to a car which was not theirs.
Service is great, communication via WhatsApp horrible. Also when you have a newer car, they just disconnect the battery to charge it instead of using the right connectors that are on the car. They broke 2 of my batteries and they just blame it on the car not being used for a bit. Brand new, 2 day old battery was broken after the car was sitting at their place for just a couple months. Disconnecting the battery to soon and/or connecting it wrong breaks newer cars and their fuses. So just watch out with them for that. 1200 euros for 2 batteries...
Used this company several times now at Alicante airport. Always reliable, don't have to wait long for their shuttles, prompt acknowledgement of booking. Pay on departure or on return, as you wish. Good service and excellent prices. Wouldn't use anyone else.
My Kia car key battery had failed they found a replacement and changed it for me this was early Sunday morning this saved me hours of worrying and expense fantastic service and help you còuld not wish for more
