I love being surprised the…

I love being surprised the anticipation, waiting on the beautiful boxes and content at times overwhelm me I share the contents of the very thoughtful gifts well thought out pieces well intentioned gifts they are amazing I thank you for the talent and thoughtfulness. It’s been all that and more for me!

These guys have the best customer…

These guys have the best customer service. Hyper responsive and excellent to deal with. I received a box that had obviously been opened and was missing some items. I reached out and they replaced one and gave me an alternative for the other (that was sold out). Phenomenal to deal with. I’ve been a member for 8 years and excited to remain one for many more.

It’s been nice but …

It’s a nice subscription box , although you have to be on top of your emails and check your junk box or you’ll be disappointed. I have been introduced to some great products and companies that I may not have ever found on my own . And everything has been a good quality. But sadly by not being able to do any choices or customization for the past two box’s I’ve ended up wasting most of the box and won’t be subscribing again . As well as having been a part of this for 3 or 4 years the box’s have gone downhill. They used to be more unique

Such a fun treat every season!

I love this. I am an annual subscriber and it’s so fun to pick out the products every season, and if there is nothing I personally want it makes great gifts!
The quality of the items are great and it is always delivered in a timely fashion.
I also love the market that they open each season as it means I can buy additional products from past seasons as well as new products to try.

While we truly appreciate the feedback, we are so sorry to hear of any current disappointment, and we hope we can turn things around! To provide a bit more information about our seasonal curations, in the past we would commonly offer 2-4 customizable choice products in each seasonal box, with the remaining products being the same for all members. In an effort to offer more personalization and variety, we expanded customization options to all six items. To make this possible, we’ve included a mix of exciting new products alongside returning member favorites. This allows longtime members to restock products they love, or may not have been able to choose previously, while also giving newer members the opportunity to discover popular items from past boxes that they may have missed.

We truly value feedback from members like you, as it plays an important role in helping shape future curations. In addition to our end-of-season box surveys, we also have a product survey group that receives additional seasonal surveys to help guide future product selections. It takes so long for boxes to be…

It takes so long for boxes to be shipped and the system that informs the customers that an order has been shipped just does not work! I have had to email customer service more than once to find out.

To provide a bit more insight, shipping timelines can vary slightly from season to season. Because it isn’t operationally possible for all seasonal boxes to ship on the same day, we provide estimated shipping timelines at the start of each season within our FAQs and the Live Warehouse Updates section located on the homepage of the My Account area. Typically, we aim to begin shipping seasonal boxes within the first one to two weeks after customization closes, with boxes continuing to ship on a rolling basis over the following weeks.

Regarding shipping notifications, we will be reviewing your account and previous communications to ensure there is absolutely no further issue.

We are always looking for ways to improve the member experience, and reducing shipping times is certainly something our team continues to work toward as well.

I have to use support way too often.

Although the support team is responsive and answers quickly, I have had to use the support team way to often. My orders almost never ship out quickly, or even reasonably quickly, I often have to wait months for an order, and it only comes once I complain to support that I haven't received it. This is unsustainable.

To provide a bit more context, each season our Product Team carefully forecasts which products they believe will be most popular with our members. While they’re often very accurate, there are times when certain items become especially popular within our community and sell out more quickly than anticipated. As part of our commitment to reducing unnecessary product waste, we work with limited inventory quantities for many seasonal items. In some cases, our brand partners may also have limited inventory available. Even so, we always strive to feature exciting and thoughtfully curated products while also offering several additional options within each customization category.

We’d also like to mention that if there is ever a seasonal box where the featured items are not quite to your liking, you always have the option to skip that box.
