I used to get text messages regarding picking my choices and have missed several opportunities to choose my items and I have been a member for several years. When they are chosen for me I am getting some of the things I already have.

I really like the variation of products in each box and that they are sustainable products.

I love getting these boxes! I often forget what I chose and so receiving it is like getting a gift.
I most appreciate all items from Sembla and Matr Boomie as they are indicative of the countrys' of origin--in hand made quality, in use of locally available natural resources, and in support of local human resources!

I've been a loyal Alltrue customer since the early days of the pandemic. I absolutely love their mission and values, and their offering of products that align with those. Because of Alltrue, I've discovered so many amazing, ethical brands and products for myself and thoughtful gifts for others. The packaging is colorful and beautiful, and the magazine that accompanies seasonal boxes is always well-done and enjoyable to read. My only con with Alltrue is that shipping takes a very long time. With the new year-long format of their add-on shop, I am hopeful this will improve!
Love the items
Love the items, but sometimes I feel there are many repeats and would like more variety. Overall, great love the stories behind it and feel that that really brings it all together. I would give 4 1/2 stars, but I don’t know how to do that on here!

I have been happy in the past, but for the last 2-3 boxes I’ve had issues customizing my box. Also if I didn’t customize immediately, items were sold out.

Top Quality
I find the products to be of good quality, and they are often things I wouldn't consider buying for myself outside of this program. In fact, I wouldn't even know that some of them existed. I find useful items for myself and things I can use as gifts.

I’ve been an Alltrue member since 2014 and over the years there have definitely been many positives and exciting moments with the membership. Unfortunately, in more recent years I’ve experienced increasing issues that have impacted my overall satisfaction and are the reason for my 3-star review.
The biggest concerns have been around product quality, consistency, and the overall customer experience. I’ve received multiple items that arrived damaged, leaking, defective, or simply not as expected based on the product descriptions and marketing. At times it has felt like the quality control has declined significantly compared to earlier years.
I’ve also consistently experienced technical issues with the website, especially during box customization, viewing order history, and managing deliveries. These issues have made what should be a fun and seamless experience feel frustrating and unreliable.
Additionally, the product selections and offerings no longer feel as unique, exciting, or useful as they once did. Earlier years felt more curated and higher quality, whereas recent boxes have felt less aligned with the value and excitement that originally drew me to the membership.
I still believe in the concept of the company and appreciate the years of enjoyment it once brought, which is why I’m not rating lower. However, I do hope improvements are made to product quality, fulfillment, website reliability, and overall member experience moving forward.

I find the communication is not great; it never emails me to let me know my box has been shipped.

Shipping and selections
They have done better with keeping you updated on shipping. The products are of good quality. I have noticed that some selections for the boxes mare sold out even if I go in the same day to make my selections. This has happened in at least 2 boxes in the past 12-18 months
Have also noticed that the variety of products in some boxes has also decreased
Fantastic service
The folks in Alltrue’s customer service are always polite and empowered and have always solved the minor issues I’ve had with great service and communication.
Becoming disappointed
I often choose my products the first day I am notified and already there are products unavailable. Next box the very same items are listed again… the ones I didn’t want the first time.really need to mix up new products.
