Purchased pyjamas for a bridesmaid, she is always a size 18, as per their sizing ordered a 20 to be sure it fit, arrived… thin material that looks like from a Chinese sweatshop, and definately not a size 20 as it was way to tight considering we sized up. Was declined to return and get a replacement. Horrible customer service, do not buy from here.

I bought bridal PJ’s earlier this year

Upon arrival, I was really disappointed with the quality as I found them to be transparent and see-through.
The sizing of the set was inaccurate - the shorts were not true to size and the shirt was oversized.
The quality is equivalent to fast fashion

I emailed the company expressing my disappointment with the product and that I no longer wanted to keep them due to the quality. The email response was very unsympathetic and they refused to refund. Despite my efforts to explain this was not a change of mind it was more the fact that the quality was not as expected. The company still refused to refund and stop replying to me in the end.

I purchased some pjs for my bridesmaid and the sizing chart was way off. I ordered 3 sizes larger than the sizing chart suggested she was, as she likes them loose, and to our horror they were too small!

I then had to quickly order a larger size, which I paid to be expedited, but they weren’t shipped promptly, and then they sat for days at the airport. This meant that the new set arrived after my wedding and we weren’t able to use them.

When I reached out to the company to explain and seek to return the second, totally unopened set, for a refund, they refused to engage. I am now stuck with two pairs of pjs that we can’t use (the first that didn’t fit due to the poor sizing guidance, and the second that arrived late).

The company’s response was really unsympathetic and unreasonable - especially given how much I had paid for the expedited shipping, (nearly the whole cost of the pjs themselves), only for them to not truly be expedited. I was told they only offer exchanges - but my wedding is over, so I don’t need or want anything else from their store.

Buyers beware!!

Edit to add: I’m not sure why this is tagged with “unprompted review”. I’m guessing it is because the company didn’t offer me a trustpilot review link with the purchase (I had to go hunting for where/how I could post a review, as I purchased off their website rather than Etsy). But this review has been prompted by poor customer service.
