The day after I'd paid for my order, I realised I'd got a new customer discount code; I messaged customer service with a screenshot of the code and they immediately honoured it and refunded the money to my account. That is the absolute highest level of customer service.

I purchased a leather waistcoat from All Saints, it was delivered on time and with care, the product was well packaged/protected and fantastic quality (as you'd expect) and importantly, looks good when worn.

Val lightweight cargo trousers on sale
Delivered on time and as requested
Very nice material and good fit. I tend to use pockets to put my phone in and iphone no longer do smaller phones so big pockets are needed. Belt loops needed as a belt is more comfortable with a heavy phone in pocket. Also I thought the pocket had a flap with a fastener from the picture which I would have preferred, but this is just a decoration. However this is a good sale buy.
