Dreadful company , rude staff , terrible costumer service, no one answers the phone .
I would not recommend this company at all,avoid at all cost, they are hopeless .

NHS shift allocation app not working
There was a couple of weeks recently when this company's "Me" App worked again. Now it's back to the spinning circle rather than logging in. I believe that this software, that has the supposed function of allocating shifts to NHS frontline staff, is unfit for purpose.

We have had a recurring issue with a company they acquired Selenity. We have emailed, phoned and left messages. All have received no responses. I would not recommend this company at all.
