This my second time dealing with this company.
Again, showing on sale items they don’t have… But now they offer you a bonus for any other jacket in this case, was a hoodie the first time. Problem is you need to spend more money for the same kind of jacket anyway. Keep trying Superstainable. Your comercial tricks are so naive.

Thanks for the review. We are sorry, sometimes the warehouse is incorrect on outgoing styles and we try to keep it up to date as a small company, but…
I have never, in my several years in business had a customer complaining about a company offering extra service, follow-ups,
E-mails and a bonus worth more than 300 DKK because an item you bought on sale unfortunately got sold out some days before. Bur there’s a first for everything.
Last time we even called you 3 times for a follow up but you didn’t want to speak. We are not gong to do that extraordinary service again.
My colleague did everything to solve your problem correct.

In the app "Good On You", is the rating of the brand Superstainable much higher than the other outdoor clothing brands I am wearing. I just received three items from their webshop, and I love them! The quality feels amazing, and the fabric looks fantastic. Finally, I've found a truly sustainable outdoor brand!

A bit of a mixed experience
A bit of a mixed experience. I live in a EU country that's not in the list of delivery countries. I sent an email to the support to ask if it could be added but never got an answer (apart from the autoreply saying I'll get a response quickly). I contacted the support by phone but nobody answered. Then I sent a text. I got a rather cold response to it a few days later asking me to call and/or send an email instead. I called back but nobody answered. And my email is still to be answered… I let you judge the quality of the support.
Now, since I spent my holidays in France, and that is in the list of delivery countries, I thought let's try it anyway. The shipment was lightning fast. And I am very satisfied of the quality, look and feel of the clothes I ordered. Pricing was good too. But the most useful feedback would be in a year or two when all the clothes would have endured numerous washes, stretches, etc. to see if the quality is there. So we will see. But in the mean time, it's a shame I cannot order more and get it delivered home… in the EU (come on guys!)!

That is strange indeed! Please let me/us know when Slovenia becomes available (newsletter subscriber). In the mean time, why not give us the possibility to order anyway with a small extra fee?
I have indeed an Apple (@icloud.com) email account and contacted you from it. Your spamfilter really shouldn't block it…

No it should not - but it does at the moment (this is also a third part supplier in Denmark providing us internet safety. All e-mails with an @icloud.com get's in the spamfilter and is deleted within 24 hours. It is so strange, but for the moment we cannot do anything.
For the shipping part, it could be an option to have an overcharge, if the forwarder are not to get it fixed (but I think it will be in the coming time).

Dear Adrian, due to some troubles with our shipping forwarder it's more expensive to ship to Slovenia than to Norway or Switzerland. That makes no sense to us, so we have decided not to ship to Slovenia, until that is fixed - maybe we will choose another supplier in the future.
