Lee did an excellent job this morning sorting out a problem with our boiler pressure. He phoned in advance to give eta, arrived on time, did the job expertly and told me what he was doing in an informative way. All this and on a bank holiday too. What a guy!!!

Polite Lee informed me of everything before completing the work.

Lee the engineer was brilliant. Gave me plenty of notice of his arrival time, was friendly and easy to talk to. He wasn’t able to resolve the problem due to needing a part, but he arranged a time to return and communicated with me throughout. I would highly recommend him.

Really helpful and knowledgeable technician (Andy). Went the extra mile to provide a solution to my problem.

I had my annual gas service booked in with Lee at All Gas North West Ltd. I was contacted both by Lee and All Gas prior to my appointment day to confirm the date and time for my service, which I was very impressed by. Lee was very polite and friendly and cleared everything away when the service was done. I am extremely happy to recommend Lee at All Gas which is why I have given a 5 STAR review. 😊

Our insurance company tasked Allgas NW to sort our leaky gas boiler. Within 30 mins we heard an engineer would visit next morning. After excellent comms Dean arrived dead on 8.15 as promised and was smart, courteous and respectful of our property, putting on shoe covers. He soon diagnosed the problem which requires a specific part from Worcester Bosch which unfortunately needs ordering so he was unable to fix it today. He was however able to give me a managing tip that means we can get by till it can be sorted properly.
I cannot speak too highly of Dean in particular and how he is an absolute credit to his company. I cannot recommend them more highly if the rest of the organisation is as good!

As a single parent with a disabled son getting heat back on was priority. The company I have my heat cover with, sent Allgas and their work and communication was exceptional! Right from the initial phone call, the engineer told me how long he'd be to arriving at my house which is very good. He diagnosed the issue very quickly and was very professional and friendly at all times. He spoke to the office to get the part ordered and explained how important it was to get heat back ASAP. The lady in the office phoned me after speaking to the insurance company and told me when to see the engineer and when the part would be fitted.

Had a visit today from Lee from AllGas. He did a thorough job and got everything sorted with my boiler. Really pleased with the service provided. Great guy.

I've had a boiler cover with corgi for the past 5 years. I find their service very good. Their customer service calls me to let me know when my service is due, and arranges for an engineer to visit at a convenient time for me.

Engineer Craig attended to complete boiler repair, he was very friendly, and helpful, and professional.

The engineer, Dean, called ahead of time to let me know when he would arrive. He assessed my boiler, replacing the required part and tested to make sure it all worked fine. He was very pleasant and efficient. I am very pleased and would recommend.

An excellent engineer named Dean arrived at my house yesterday to solve a leaking TRV issue on my heating system. He phoned beforehand to give me an arrival time and was courteous, pleasant and very helpful throughout his visit. He quickly solved the issue for us, informed us of everything that he had done and left leaving no mess at all. He was a credit to your company and is clearly very capable, dedicated and motivated. All gas are really good very reliable lee is lovely knows my boiler well and Rieyan is quick to book things in and reply to emails quickly it's all very good service ..

A great company, responded immediately to my request for assistance. A very efficient lady took my details & arranged a date and time to suit me.
The engineer telephoned on the day to inform me of his estimated time of arrival. He was extremely thorough, explained what the issue was and repaired it in good time.
