If I could give less than one star this shambles of a company it deserves it. Standing around doing nothing chatting amongst themselves, too much trouble to serve customers, then give funny expressions when you interrupt their conversation.
Rude arrogant staff, completely unprofessional and unhelpful, roll their eyes when you ask questions.
Do yourself a favour and just.. AVOID !
i decided to start up playing again but after 20 plus years of never having time and only having an old roland e500 i decided to get a new keyboard.
i checked out utube videos and ralised yamaha do some good stuff now,so i went online to see what i could get.
i would have prefered to go to a music shop to try before i buy sort of thing ,but theres no shops locally now.
so online i found allegro music and after checking prices and reviews i decided to buy from them.
i went to the top end of my budget and brought the genos but without the mso1 speakers, i picked up a set off e bay cheaply.
from ordering and now running into difficulties (well that i put down to old age!) i find an email or phone call to allegro who are most helpfull,especially ben.
the genos is one hell of a keyboard ,conected to the ms 01 speaker system the sound is amazing (but not on my playing!).theres only one thing im dissapointed in..... i live to far away from allegeo music
