We understand how important it is to have your policy documents readily available before travelling. If the original purchase did not complete successfully and you needed to obtain a new quote, the price may have changed, as our policies are priced on a live market and premiums can increase or decrease based on a range of factors at the time the quote is generated.
That said, we appreciate how disappointing this experience must have been, particularly if it resulted in you paying more than expected.
