I was looking for special, high-quality Grade 25 balls (1/4" & 7/32") for the bearings of my high-flange Campa Super Record hubs. After checking availability by email, I was lucky to find one of the last sets at All4Bikes. The order was processed quickly, the delivery was fast, and the quality is exactly what I needed. Very satisfied with both the product and the service.

Couldn’t find a specific chainring from FSA anywhere but at All4bikes.
Very smooth ordering process up to delivery. Shipping costs a bit on the high side but this is the same with any other shop when delivery crosses borders. Great Experience overall…

I was looking for a new left shifter for my Campagnolo Athena groupset. I could not find it in any shop, apart from at all4bikes.be.
But they had 4 different ones and I was not sure which one to choose.
After asking per email I received the right answer within a couple of hours.
I received the product within 1,5 days after ordering and it had to be shipped from Belgium to the Netherlands in that time. So that was great as well.

i brought an ebike kit set it up and the wire from inside the motor burnt and ive been asking them for help for 2 months and i havent recieved any.

I have purchased numerous times off All4ebikes. Absolutely hands down the best customer support there is!

I was looking for special headset bearings (stainless steel). All4Bikes.be showed correct information on website, including bearing dimensions/ partnumbers. The parts were delivered in one week, and I received e-mails concerning delivery updates. Perfect!

I paid for next day delivery for a part booked the day off work so I could fix and test my bike,no one would answer the phone and the customer service was rude I wanted a refund as it hadn’t been delivered and I had to go out and pay £180 for a different part now there saying I have to send the item back to get a refund I don’t even have the part yet and no one is answering .falsely advertising the number to call then saying on message that they don’t have a phone to answer they have offered me back my 14.99 for the next day delivery but I don’t even believe the part is coming because tracking was just sent as a screenshot I’ve been give no code or anything

Found some parts for my 25 y old campagnolo which were elsewhere not to find or very expensive. Here I found it at a reasonable price.

I neededCampagnolo shamal spokes and for some reason could not find them locally. I reached out all4bikes with questions on shipping times and estimated arrival and received very quick response back from Peter. I placed my order and it was received in NY rather quickly. Very happy with my purchase and wouold recommended ordering from this company.

I needed some 64bcd 28t chainrings that I couldn't source in the UK. I ordered 3 (stockpiling) and was a little sceptical, but took the risk. They only took a few days to arrive from Belgium, I'm super pleased that I can keep running my old & trusty chainset!! Great service.
