Terrible customer service
Spent a lot of money on an Arrma Granite for my sons birthday, after using it 4 or 5 times it stopped working and had smoke coming out of it, sent an email on the 17th of June and was asked to send pictures and vidoes which we did but they have done absolutely nothing to resolve this other than say they have contacted the manufacturer. They do not respond to our emails chasing up and so I'm left with a broken car and a disappointed child who has been unable to play with their birthday present for 3 weeks. Very disappointing, looking at other reviews I'm not sure why we got so unlucky to receive such terrible customer service
