Very quick response
Very quick response. The four books were each in at least as good condition as was claimed. The only negative was that I paid full per-book individual shipping charges even though the vendor was able to ship the books together.

Purchasing the book was a quick and easy process. Shipping was fairly quick too considering it was U.S. to Canada. Customer service was also quick to respond when I asked for some clarification on my tracking number.
