Hey Caitlin,
Please get in touch with us regarding this order by emailing admin@alibongo.co.uk with your order number as we'd like to investigate this further.
Both of your orders (placed within a few days of each other) were both sent to the address provided by you which was identical on both orders. So we are unsure how one could have been delivered to a different address.
Customer satisfaction is really important to us, so please do get in touch. All the best.
