Excellent product at a great price as it turns out, but we hated not being able to see it or touch it before agreeing to buy, as in view of its bulk a return would have been awkward for us to manage as a disabled couple. In the event that was an unnecessary consideration, but it nearly put us off buying it altogether

Excellent quality
Excellent quality. I'd bought a cheap cover for our beautiful swing we bought from you, you get what you pay for because it lasted a week. Decided to spend a little more on a cover from Alfresia and It was worth it, I could tell immediately from the weight of the package, I was able to put this cover on myself, the clips and velcro add extra security as its windy where we are, the cover itself is weighty and made of a quality, long lasting material. Worth the price!

A repeat customer as sun loungers are…
A repeat customer as sun loungers are so comfortable. We have just reordered two new sun loungers. Love them in the grey matt frame too. Equally comfortable cushions and have already put them to full use in the garden this week. Only comment is please could the leg support part of the frame also have plastic protectors provided. Will help prevent the metal getting scratched when used on hard surfaces.

Easy to order. Quick delivery. Looks good quality product for a reasonable price. Can't comment on durability, etc, as have only just received them. Perfect fit for cane conservatory furniture, which must be 25-30 yrs old (looks like new again!)

A definite two man job!
Delivery by FedEx was not in timeline given. Had to hang about all day and box very damaged. Contents were OK and everything was inside. It took two men 2 and a half hours to assemble but pleased with result. Instructions are a bit confusing but as I had an old model they used this as a guideline for where pieces go. Perhaps some measurements on pictures would be helpful.
