I needed to replace the cable for my Lenovo laptop (part number 5A10J40449) purchased in 2020, as it was cracking. Lenovo, of course, no longer bothers selling spare parts, although they at least advised me of the correct part number. I did not need the whole cable - another company wanted to charge me £50 for it plus delivery.
I was not sure if it was the battery or the cable, but for now all is perfect. The cable is not the same – it seems slightly slimmer, a little shorter, and more pliable but it is doing its job and my indispensable laptop is very content 😊. Someone in another review mentioned the charger can overheat, but that is not the case with mine. In fact, the original adapter charger would overheat if I covered it accidentally.
The item arrived super quickly, the following day. I had not expected such speed. Great value, service, and product. I am a very happy customer!

I bought a laptop screen through Amazon for a very reasonable price. I then got notification from Amazon that they had damaged it beyond repair in transit. I contacted A J Parts who swiftly instructed Amazon to issue a refund and sent out a replacement at a reduced price. Screen received in perfect condition and my laptop lives again. Was able to source best spec screen for my laptop switched from a TN to a FHD IPS 100%RGB seller answered all questions and even when I purchased the lesser spec and only noticed after it was shipped seller quickly assured me to purchase the higher spec and just return the other for full refund how wonderful the screen is such an improvement And the customer service given phenomenal job Thank you

I ordered a laptop charger from AJ Parts over the phone. Imran has been extremely helpful and polite. He took all the details of my laptop and located the charger I needed. He arranged for me to collected the next day. I collected the next day. The young lady who delivered the charger allowed me to check it to ensure that it worked with my laptop before she gave it to me.

I bought a charger from the company, and within a 6-week period, it decided not to work. I contacted the firm, giving them details, and they acted promptly. They issued me a replacement and they gave me a label for a free package and postage to send the faulty one. There was no hesitation to replace it, and they communicated well, and I felt valued as a customer. A great company to deal with. The products are excellent and very well priced.

I've purchased a few laptop parts over the last couple of years so I thought it's time to write a review. Whenever I contact AJ Parts for advice/compatibility, they always respond very quickly. Orders a shipped on the day (or the next day depending on the time of order) and are well packaged & trackable. Finally, I've found the returns process for any faulty items (very rare) is easy and dealt with immediately. Top marks from me!

I accidentally broke my laptop screen recently and as someone who has never done this before I had no idea what screen replacement I needed. I reached out to the team at AJ Parts, replies were professional and prompt, they even created the order for me which arrived the next day. I have since fitted the new screen and so far so good.
