2 laptop chargers were bought both were defective so i requested to send them back,both chargers were made with 2 different accounts 1 account was refunded the seller said i would get a refund for both but failed to do so now they are ignoring all my messages totally im out of pocket now ive had to report them to ebay

I ordered a replacement screen for an HP Elitebook 820 G3 laptop. The new item arrived without mounting brackets. I asked for advice, and AJParts replied immediately explaining how to remove the brackets from the old screen and fit them to the new one. I did this, and successfully fitted the new screen. It is working perfectly. Quality item supplied at a fair price, with good support and service.

I ordered screen LP156QHG (SP) (T2) (DCI-P3 100%,Adobe RGB 89%) but received NV156QHM-NY1 V8.3 (DCI-P3 80%,Adobe RGB 77%) like "compatible" with the same specifications.
The back of the screen is covered in fingerprints.
When I plugged it in, a purple tint to the backlight was immediately visible, indicating that it's a refurbished screen with a poor-quality polarizer film.
I asked for a refund because they didn't have what I ordered. I sent the package back and was told I sent back a cracked display. I'm not sure if I did this; they didn't provide video proof of unpacking, but the quality of the display they sold me is definitely not like new.

I want to explain the situation with the return of the screen.
To my statement that the matrix does not look new, it has multiple fingerprints on an aluminum substrate, a badly scratched protective film, the company responded with the following: "Regarding the condition, all screens are tested before dispatch; however, they are handled during packing, which may result in minor marks such as fingerprints. This does not indicate that the screen is refurbished."
I made a mistake and didn't take a video of the display inspection and packaging when sending it back. But let's be honest, the company didn't provide such clear evidence either. I was given photos and videos of the broken screen without unpacking, just a video of the inspection already unpacked screen. But then a miracle occurs! The inspector's hands were wearing gloves!!! How can I explain this? Was I lied to before, or is the quality of service really not that great? You can leave fingerprints when sending the display, but not when receiving it. Lie once, and you lose trust.

I ordered dell g3 lcd from them it came flex bended and not working when i contacted support they said check if the lcd is working i check it was not working i told them they said send it back.
I paid postage and sent it back and they then replied lcd is working you flex cable is faulty the same flex cable which is working with other lcd.
The refunded the partial amount deducted the postage i paid before.
I bought hp keyboard from this seller on amazon and that was faulty was aswell glad i ordered through amazon and got full refund.

Replacement LCD screen arrived by Royal Mail delivered when it was expected. The panel was well packaged and protected, great service. The defective panel was replaced by the new panel, it works perfectly.
