AirportParkingReservations.com was a great deal for the price. The shuttle drivers were courteous and friendly, and it was especially nice to be able to simply pick up my car and drive home when my East Coast flight arrived after midnight.

The only thing to keep in mind at LAX is that there are specific shuttle pick-up and drop-off points. If you have a lot of luggage, as I did, it can be a bit awkward getting from the shuttle drop-off point to the airline bag drop, particularly if you need to find a luggage trolley along the way.

Overall, though, I had a very positive experience and would definitely use AirportParkingReservations.com again.

Parking lot was full with cars parked in roadway. Spoke with the Hotel and they said the cars parked in roadway would be towed in morning and that I should just cancel my reservation. Now scrambling to find last minute parking right before my flight. This was not good and very frustrating and i had to settle for Economy Airport Terminal parking at double the cost. I wasn’t happy as you can imagine, my time was wasted and my experience with Embassy Suites just added undo frustration to my trip.

The young man who received the vehicle was very professional, and handled my vehicle with care. The drop off was very simple, and the wait time for the shuttle to JFK wasn't long.

After arriving upon my return to JFK, and taking the Air Train to Federal Cicle was fast. The wait time for the shuttle was less than 5 minutes.

Each driver for the pick-up and drop off were professional and very helpful with loading the luggage.

I will use this parking again if leaving from JFK.

Every thing about our experience was great and well coordinated. Timing at the lot was superb. Will use this service again.

Website was easy to access and complete reservation needs for an upcoming vacation. I wish there was a way to reserve a handicapped parking space. Otherwise, it is potluck and far away to catch the transport bus to the terminal.

I was traveling from TF Green Airport to Nashville. I wanted to pay a reasonable amount to park my car for 4 days. This was the best experience! I did not have to wait more than 1 minute for the shuttle to pick me up and bring me to the airport. Upon arrival home, I called for pickup, and the shuttle was there in probably 5 minutes. Both drivers were very friendly and I felt safe. It's only a 3 minute drive back to the hotel parking lot where my car was parked. I would use this service every time I fly out of Green!

The service was good, but use of pre-booking was confusing and did’t work to register all my information. Instructions at pick up were also confusing and a little contradictory.

When I called to confirm my parking 24 hours as stated I reached a person named Bernie, who was very rude misinformed and had a chip on her shoulder that was at the front desk at the lot at the Radisson at the Portland airport. I have sent their customer service a email stateing that I will never again stay at any of their hotels due to the rudness of Bernie

There were quite a few choices for lots to leave our car in and we went with a new and different one. The price is very reasonable and the clerk was efficient and helpful. Skyway Inn Parking was a good choice, even though I thought we waited longer than necessary for all the travelers to board the van.

I liked the location to the airport. I liked thr shuttle service. I gave my return flight information however when I showed up to the parking lot I waited 20 minutes because I was told my car was blocked in. I felt that could have been avoided if my reservation was reviewed.

The drivers are always helpful and friendly. The van usually leaves the parking lot in 8 minutes or less. It also picks you iup within 10 minutes of your call.
