If you used Credit for some or all of your payment, that portion will be refunded in the form of Credit to your account. If you made a reservation for a lot that requires a Deposit, and need to cancel after your scheduled arrival date, your Deposit will be refunded in the form of a Credit to your account, but the Service Fee will not be refunded. If you made a reservation for a lot that requires full payment at checkout, we are unable to accept cancellations after the scheduled arrival date. For full payment lots, please be sure to cancel before your scheduled arrival date in order to receive a refund.

The shuttle was easy to find and on time both ways. The front desk agent was extremely helpful and friendly. However, both drivers we had were not cordial or helpful and the drive to the airport was erratic. From someone who works in the hospitality industry, exceptional guest service is what keeps people coming back.

Arrived to the lot to drop our car by…
Arrived to the lot to drop our car by valet and catch the shuttle. We had plenty of time, however the valet was gone for almost 20 minutes and we missed our shuttle. We had to walk to the airport to make it in time. He was the only valet this am. They should have two on site at all times. Hoping our way back is better.

Very bad online reservation experience
Very bad online reservation experience. I booked online around 9am I was on my way to airport. After making payment it suddenly said unable to process transaction but the payment went through. So I ended up going to a different parking because I thought it wasn't process and I was running out of time. After finding a different parking I was at the airport after checking in I received an email confirming my booking. Now I just paid you the booking I didn't even use and you're not refunding me coz it's non refundable policy. It's crazy how your online service is bad.
