the bus did not turn up ended up buying a stansted Express ticket to not miss my flight
Emailed them waiting since 5 days on a response their customer service is there but not helpful at all when I asked for compensations they stopped replying. I am out of pocket by £20 with buying this last minute ticket to not miss my flight.
I made a complaint online on Facebook and emailed their infoairportbusexpress email but nothing.
This was my birthday weekend and their horrible service upset me very much!
I am still waiting on a response from them!

Useless Company
I bought a bus ticket from this company over 2 weeks ago on their website. I have been charged and it said I would receive it via email. I received nothing.
A week after, I submitted an online contact form - no response. I have since phoned them twice. Both times I have spoken to someone who speaks very little English. The second time, she took my email address, was barely able to take it down even after I spelled it phonetically - and she hung up on me after I asked her to repeat it back to me as she couldn't. I still have no ticket - and will be contacting my credit card company for a refund.

At our arrival at Stansted- London, we booked a return ticket to and from Victoria station. Unfortunately the day we had to go back to get our plane, their bus never showed up, we waited for nearly two hours and by luck Terravision coach staff allowed us to get on their coach (and we had to pay again) to get to their airport so that we wouldn't miss our plane. We were not the only ones waiting for their coach, others had to do just the same. The worst thing is that one of their bus was parked behind the coach station but without any driver on board, all along the time we had been waiting!!! And I wrote to them to ask for an explanation but they never answered back. Avoid that company!!!
