It was a terrible experience
It was a terrible experience. We got into stanstead very late and there were only buses to take. We live close to London Victoria and asked to take that bus but he said no buses were running to Victoria. We go outside and there is a national express bus to Victoria. Luckily, national express refunded our money and let us get on the Victoria one.

Great experience! The coach was new and comfortable and the staff very helpful. I had a problem with my ticket but the management team promptly helped and sorted it for me. I’ll definitively use them again!

Hello,
Tuesday night I land and I was looking for the bus to Stratford, arrived on the bay and was no staff to give any info to the customers. Many of us looking for a way home and a lot stay on the ground I think is for the good of the company you have someone to help.

Arrived at stansted airport and went to buy ticket for the national express which had £7 plastered all over the ticket office walls and even on the girls jacket who was serving us Also on jackets was £7 or £8 on girls jackets collecting tickets at the bus. When we went to pay it was £16 per person. I complained of false advertising to be told the manager knows but won’t change the advertised price to £16 .,other then that it was a good trip to London.? Please would the manager in charge of Stansted Airport office please do your job and manage and stop advertising false pre covid prices

What I need from a bus
It was fine. It was a bus. It had wifi. Seats were a little short for a 6-ft person. It left exactly on the stroke of 2.10AM (so don't arrive a minute late!) and arrived at Stansted Airport on time to the timetable.
What made it 5-star-worthy was that National Express was sold out and Stansted Express wasn't running, so it was great that this was available. Also, because people don't know about this service, there weren't many people, so it was very calm and quiet. National Express buses were packed!
