Myself and my partner got the bus at 5.30 am this morning to the airport and our bus driver,Jason, was just brilliant. Met us with a friendly smile and some jokes along the way. He really made the morning of stressful travel much easier! The others staff were also very helpful!

Amazing customer service
Amazing customer service, very friendly staff members. I left my laptop bag on a coach from Stansted airport to Stratford and it was returned to me within 2 hours. They were able to locate the coach and retrieve my bag within minutes of me calling them, and Antonio (the real MVP) kept me updated via email.
I would recommend their services to any and everyone.

Amazing people! Trains stopped working, the bus station was a mess and they seemed to be the only people knowing what was happening and how to help! Was in London quicker and cheeper than I expected! The 2 guys and 1 girl outside was amazing!

I need an urgent answer.
I am leaving for Denmark via Standsted Airport 10/12 kl. 07:15 am
Therefore I need to be at the airport at 5:00 am.
We bought a return ticket from Stratford to Stansted, and just now we realised that the tube stops running at 11 pm.
We were wondering if we can catch the bus from Liverpool street and use our return ticket? We are willing to pay the difference.
I really hope to get a quick respons.

Zero Stars would be awarded, if I could leave Zero.
Disgraceful service.
Waited for an hour at Stansted for a 230am bus this week that never showed at the pickup stand.
In the end had to pay again for the very reliable National Express to Stratford which leave every half hour like clockwork.
We did see one bus pull in at the far end of the concourse but it didn't come to the advised pickup stand (25/26) and we saw it zooming back off down the motorway, empty.
When I contacted customer services they told me that the bus had left with 21 customers on it.
This bus did not arrive at the pickup stand, where there were several of us standing in the cold from 2.03 am for an hour.
Emailed customer services. No refund! Customer Services basically saying the bus came! Which it didn't. Maybe the driver wanted a break...
Never using this terrible service again, thank goodness I wasn't waiting at Stratford for a bus to the airport as I would have missed my flight.
National Express driver said Airport Bus Express often don't show.
(Update: 7/11/23 - even though the company has asked me to contact them again via email (in the reply comment below), I have done so, but they have not replied. No contact and no refund for a bus that never came. This comment was clearly put on here to look like they are doing something, but sadly it's just to look good on Trustpilot. Avoid at all costs.
