High costs. Poor customer service
Phoned to confirm that item was a pack of 2 plates. They confirmed it was. But only individual plate arrived. After phoning to complain I was told that previous employee had made a mistake!
Costly to return the item for a refund.
The item was hence very expensive (2.5x more than alternative vendors).

Would recommend!
Found this shop online when looking for a pair of Vejas. They arrived quickly and well packaged. Great service & I was lucky as they were even reduced in price! Was really pleased to be supporting a independent shop. Would definitely recommend.

This was ordered for me as a gift from someone in the US. As your unfit for purpose website didn't allow any sort of gift return/exchange, when I created the return all the details went back to the sender instead of me. For various reasons, including that the AIDA returns email went into their junk folder, the returns information was not forwarded back to me until it was apparently too late.
On top of this, the responses from AIDA were extremely arrogant, unhelpful and lacking in basic decent customer service.
