Too bad I can only give 5 stars - I would give more! I purchased a cardigan and sweater, helped (over the phone) by Mimi. She was great - really helpful on every point: such as exact colour, knit, weight, style, shape etc... She really showed an interest in the product and my needs. She was also helpful re: courier - in this case Royal Mail. The gorgeous items arrived within 24 hours of purchase!!!
I made a point of phoning to give my feedback and huge thanks.
Keep up the great work AIDA. and Mimi... You are a breath of fresh air in customer service. Go, Girl! Again, big thanks.

Very good communications and fantastic delivery - the only thing that stopped me giving 5 stars was that one item that I ordered (and appeared to be available online) was, in fact, not available. However, I was refunded very quickly and would definitely order from here again.
