The service was fast
The service was fast. I still don't like that 5.00 charge added if you don't have 50.00 of products. I love the oil samples which is good. I noticed that the oil doesn't keep the aroma long as it once did 🤔

I bought 7 different oil scents and am sending 3 of the 7 back. The scents were weak and 1 didn’t smell anything like the original. I am a business owner and need consistency. They advertise free shipping on returns but I paid $13 to return the items because no return labels were provided

New customer service is non existent for questions . I have sent 3 emails about questions. They sent me a email back that said they responded to the emails. I sent an email back saying I looked in me old mail and spam and I didn't see their reply. Have not heard anything back again
