I made a purchase for some Gucci sunglasses and the sunglasses were even better in person and the price was not to bad either... the only reason I did not give a 5 star review is my sunglasses arrived in a clear zip lock bag and just inside a small box for delivery I'm surprised they made it in one piece. But most sunglasses I've purchased in the past come in a case for safe keeping and a cloth to wipe the lenses and these did not

Pleased to know they are legit
I was very happy to find the shoes I wanted at a great price. I placed my order and received confirmation that it was received. Now it's a week later and as far as I know my order has not shipped and I have sent 2 messages (one on their website and one by email) If I get a response and get the shoes I paid for, I will consider changing my review.
UPDATE: I got a very nice email with apologizes for the delay. I increased my rating to 4 stars, as I'm feeling much better about the experience. I will update again once I receive the shoes.

Purchase was shipped to the incorrect address. The Last Drop chose UPS Ground Saver as their shipping partner. While The Last Drop tries to distance themselves from shipper making an error, that’s on your organization… you proactively chose UPS Ground Saver and they did not provide service and delivered to incorrect address, not my home.

Illegal-looking shipping

Hi David, thank you for your review! I can confirm that 100% of our inventory is sourced from authorized distributors of the brands we carry and everything is legally sold. The low prices are a result of us opportunistically sourcing closeout deals as these distributors want to clear out inventory, similar to how companies like TJ Maxx operate.
As for the packaging, our logistics partners are supposed to be using generic white bags (cheaper than branded bags to further keep costs low), but I apologize if that didn’t happen. The site is real and not a scam as feared
Bought a pair of hiking boots at a good price. Didn’t receive a confirmation email and started to panic, that maybe it was a scam site. The signs weren’t good when I started looking at reviews.
I was delighted to get a response from customer service and they emailed me the confirmation.
Next problem was the delivery, when the date passed and the next for delivery and no email, I worried again as I never got a email saying they had even been posted.
Again customer service said they had been posted and delivered to a collection point. Not what I asked for.
All in all, the boots are great, but there’s something wrong with their emailing with customers.
I hope a they sort it out as the price was very good.
